Revdex.com:
I received a refund from my credit card company so it is solvedI still have water coming in which I haveno idea how much it will cost to solve this problem as I get different prices from various roofersHalf ofthe roofers say that the roof is fine and needs some repairs and the other half are giving me prices fora new roofI'm convinced that the roofers have no idea how to fix it and me and my sister decidedthat we will not hire anyone unless they could show us where the water is coming from that's causingthe leak in the closet. Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: Every word they said is a lie. I have a credit card receipt I could show you for $2,400 that was sent to the companyfor the roofs. Both houses are owned by my sister. It was never mentioned I needed a new roof. Rob said he could  make a hole in the roof to drain thewater off the roof and everything would be all right after that, but the water hasn't stopped coming in. As of April 18 water is still leaking in my closet.Whoever you talked to knows no thing about what is going on with my house. I haven't had 7 roofers come to my house in 4 months and even if I didwhat does that have to do with your company? I paid you $2,400 to find the problem and stop the water from coming in. I still can't use the becausewater is still coming in my closet. If your company knew what they were doing the problem would be solved. You wouldn't have to come down morethan once. You had 3 or 4 attempts to find the leak but obviously you cannot. Never told you wouldn't find the leak the first time. I never said I was ona budget and couldn't afford it. The water didn't slow significantly. You ignored 3 e-mails and then finally replied on the fourth. ANOTHER LIE. Yourcompany showed late for every morning appointment and the owner John G[redacted] said he would be here on a Saturday but never showed up.Your response is so full of lies, IT'S OUTRAGEOUS! What do you mean you never charged me more money? I paid $2,400 for a botched up repair job that was guaranteed for 2 years and you wantto charge more money?  I don't know how you been in business for 40 years.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: PHI has not contacted the township for a framing inspection or rough plumbing after 12 months. PHI does very little to keep up with the permit process. They are content to let things sit for months without any additional work or follow up. PHI states that the last hold up was because I was doing the electrical. When electrical was started back in June. PHI was on the job for 9 months at that point. They never called for a framing inspection. After 9 months on the job this was not done. What does that tell you. After taking 3 months to rewire 90 percent of my house. There was a framing inspection and the electrical inspection done. Why did it take me 3 months to complete? The reason was that when PHI worked on my roof, they left the eaves open for 2 months January into February. It rained and It snowed. PHI failed to seal my home and I incurred water damage. My drywall was wet and ruined. It had to be replaced. Furthermore, squirrels entered into my home and chewed up my cable and electrical lines which had to be replaced. PHI subcontractors cut my electrical heat supply lines, my exterior lighting and power supply outlets as well. PHI subcontractor set trusses on top of electrical lines causing dangerous pinch points which could cause fires. PHI subcontractors also cut the spigot off my home as well when the siding was put on. PHI was responsible for plumbing but never did the work. It was October 2016 and PHI was no further along than it was in January 2016. Once they got the majority of the money for the job. They would show up 2 days a month for work and work from roughly 9-3. And if it rained that day. I had to wait 2 weeks later.  In October 2016 there was a framing inspection. The roof and siding failed because PHI doesn't check up on the work of it's subs. The townships inspector saw that trusses were not plumb. Trusses were too close to the fireplace chimney. Trusses were not braced. There were gaps in the exterior sheathing in the walls and in the roof. Windows were not properly flashed. The truss issues with the roof were personally brought up by me with John early in the framing process. He ignored me. Did PHI mention that when the drywall came off it revealed that my new siding was installed with drywall screws? Did PHI mention that it hasn't followed the roof plans showing and eave projection on the front gable of my home? Has PHI mention that it did not install a cornice cover on my gables cedar impressions as shown on the A-5 sheet? Did PHI mention that the roof trusses were not correct and had to field frame the valley sets because the valleys that the  truss company sent didn't work? Did PHI tell you that they had their own engineer come out to look at my roof and it took 90 days for PHI to get a design repair and start working again? Did PHI mention that they neglected to send said repair to the township for approval? There are many problems with my home and it all starts with a lack of attention to detail on the permit process and by lack of supervision of it's subcontractors.
