Complaint1. Phillip and his people started off a day late 2. They drove all over our yard, ruining our grass especially with all the rain that was happening.3. They didn't originally replace the broken/rotten boards on the outside of our house, rather just put potty on it and painted it over. They later on replaced them when we got back from Florida and told them too, again.4. The replaced boards were painted in a brown paint - no idea where they got it from. OUR HOUSE IS RED. We told Phillip, he doesn't seem to care.5. He replaced our dinning room light as requested but hung it cricket and left a dirty broken ceiling ring6. We had cracks in several walls in several rooms that weren't fixed as requested. Some of them were afterwards but that's it.7. We had a new sink and dishwasher put in - sink is leaking and not sealed right - dishwasher had a pipe broken off inside.8. Our kitchen floor (it is laminate flooring) looks like it was flooded and is now permanently damaged. No word on replacing it from them.9. They broke a piece of our tv stand in the living room - they don't care.10. One of our bathrooms was supposed to get an all tile walk in shower, well we did get that, with all cricket tiles. He won't put in the shower door because he didn't include it in the price we had set from the beginning. We thought it was common sense to include a shower door when building a shower, but hey it could just be us expecting to much. Also the bathroom was supposed to have been painted grey, and a popcorn ceiling. He gave us an fugly, not-popcorn ceiling that we told him to change - he didn't after saying he will. Also he left the bathroom painted halfway. Yay for us having to do his job.There is way more to list here but not enough characters. Phillipp refuses to come fix the mistakes he made and it also doesn't look like he will give us a refund. We have to redo everything ourselves because of him.Desired SettlementWe paid him $3300 in total. He didn't even deserve half of that. Our tile shower is not functional because the water doesn't train. He ruined our kitchen laminate flooring. He didn't even paint right! We want what we paid for or our money back. That simple.Business Response I told client I would start on Tue. or Wen. I started on Wen. No one drove on grass. Client drove around me to get out. I told client the tile would not work, he told me to do the best that I can. Could not get new paint to match 100% to old paint. I told client I would come back and work with hem to make him happy. He argued with me so much that we settled with a partial refund. I try to work with Clients to make them happy but I don't argue when client lies.
