My experience with Phillips Law Group was truly an amazing and positive experience. They worked diligently on my case and made sure I was kept up to date. The staff was great to work with and took the time to really know you. The staff was courteous and compassionate every time I called or visited the office.

My lawyer informed about me about the progress of my case and adequately explained the legal process to me. My lawyer was phenomenal and he worked passionately on my case.

Review: I hired [redacted] as my attorney to take on a personal injury case .and all was fine until I sighned a contract then I was spoken to very rudely and made to feel like I was a criminal.I would call for advice and leave messages as well as e-mails and not get a response in a reasonable time .it seems after you sighn a contract with that firm they put you on a back burner .I wrote him an email after he told me his fee was 3500.00 out of 14.000 dollars plus expenses .the case took a long time to settle and when I asked him to call my doctors so they could better explain my injury he said that they don't do that .it was almost like he was working for the people we were actually sueing or something .since my case I went thru one legal secretary who was very rude I might add.so at this time I am waiting for my settlement money and hope to never deal with that law firm again .Desired Settlement: I would like them to treat people with respect and dignity ,and show that they are working for the client not against the client .return phone calls and or emails in a timely manner .

My experience at Phillips Law Group has been grate from day one. They had some one come to my home to evaluate my situation, made recommendations for chiropractic and physical therapy that would work with me on a lean. My communion with Bethany M[redacted] my paralegal has been in constant contact either email or phone call. I would definitely use there services again if needed and would recommend them to anyone in need of there services.

I was involved in a car accident and sustained an injury as a result of the crash. I originally was managing the process by myself but because of the seriousness of my injuries and the level of my pain coupled with trying to manage the rest of my life it became too much for me to handle. I did some on line research and decided to contact Phillips Law Group. From the first conversation, the staff was supportive and professional. I specifically want to mention, Attorney [redacted], **. [redacted] immediately put me at ease, she made me feel like a priority, she was compassionate and understanding. I was impressed when she took the time to explain the process to me and talked to me as though I was not just a client she just met, but as someone who she truly cared about. She has always made herself available to me, I definitely feel like a priority. Her communication on the status of my case was timely and thorough. She is definitely an expert in the field of law. They recommended an awesome chiropractor and kept me informed about my case with status updates via internet, phone calls and even came to my house when I couldn't make it there. Me and my family are really impressed and extremely happy with them, I will defiantly recommend Phillips law group to my friends and family.

Shortly after being injured in an auto accident I saw Phillips Law Group TV ad. Since I needed a personal injury attorney to handle my case and based on Phillips Law Groups statements of professionalism and treating their clients well, I decided to give them a call.

The initial phone conversation was impressive; my questions at the time were answered and I believed I was dealing with a caring professional organization. Little did I know how wrong my assumptions would turn out to be.

Over the next few months I could not get my calls returned. Days would go by before I would hear from someone. When I did receive a call I was treated in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Adriana C[redacted] was the paralegal assigned to my case. Her voicemail message stated that if she did not respond within 24 hours I should contact her supervisor. This proved to be yet another false and disrespectful chapter.

Chad S[redacted], the attorney assigned to me, was a little better, but he too sorely lacked the requisite tools of listening, empathy and professionalism. The only times he seemed interested in speaking to me was to get me to sign a release in order for him to receive a check from the insurance company.

Once the check finally arrived Phillips Law Group held the check for nine days. I called and spoke to Adriana's manager who basically told me in a most profane way that this is the way they do business and I had no choice but to accept it.

This was one of the most dehumanizing and unprofessional experience that I've had the misfortune of encountering. If you care about being treated with decency and respect, based on my experience, I would steer clear of Phillips Law Group.

The Phillips law group really came thru for us. They took care of everything.

Cindy has been working with me in such good faith. I am so in the dark when it comes to legal things. I don't know what I would have done without her help. very sloppy service. they pass you on or off to multiple lawyers, legal aids or other staff... poor communications. they dont keep clients updated very well...

I was rearended at a stop light and didn't like how my insurance was acting like it was my fault. I called Phillips Law and after answering millions of questions was told they could help me get what I am owed. [redacted] and her assistant [redacted] became family to me, calling me and asking information on all costs, doctors visits and any problems the family is having due to accident. They returned calls the same day or if busy by the next day. They never talked down to me and never had a problem repeating information to me or my family. They finally got a great settlement for me and the reason it took a while was my insurance didn't want to pay me even though I pay them each month for coverage. I would recommend Phillips Law to anyone needing help .

I urge you to stay away from Phiilps Law! I was a 17 year [redacted] here in the valley, until I was diagnosed with a debilitating disease that forced me out of my career and into the Disability process .
How I ended up with PLG(Phillips Law Group)
I attempted to call a Social Security help and enrollment center phone number that was found online. This turned out to be a PLG scam with a person telling me that it is impossible to get ssn benifits without a lawyer. I had herd from people prior about how hard the proccess is to get disability benefits. Minutes after a person who I thought was a state help line took my information, I was contacted by one of the PLG used car salesman/paralegals. This individual explained how hard the process is and a timeframe it will take to recieve benifits. Of course they made me feel like it was a slam dunk and obioulsy saw the potentail to scam someone else out of thier money. On the phone I was told of a 10% fee that the law group will collect upon winning the claim. I agreed to the terms stated and was emailed paperwork to sign. To my own fault I didnt read the fine print foolishly trusting the individual I spoke to. Apparently in the paperwork the fee jumped to 25% . Again my fault for not reading carefully. Throughout the l year plus process of the lawsuit I had over 7 different case mangers, of which only one was af assistance in helping explain where the case was and what was being done. The other managers knew nothing of my case and simply made me feel like a number and a paycheck for PLG. Upon winning my claim I was charged 6000$ for doing nothing more than filing paperwork. If it wasnt for my diligence with social security as well as my medical condition worsening im sure the case outcome would still be ongoing or forgotton about. I would always get voicemail when attemping to discuss my case and it would take hours and at times days to get a response back from case managers. I never spoke with the actual attorney once. PLG just wants your money please dont make the same mistakes I did and let them represent you. IAFf and FOP Brothers and Sisters I urge you to boycott this businesss and not let others be taken advantage of. [redacted] allthough having annoying commercials is a honest and trustworthy business I reccomend if you are seeking legal need.
