The prices are so over inflated, you are set up to literally never pay the vehicle offTheir standards of "working with you" is harassment at best, 20+ phone calls, text messages, etc this is not a professional standard of practiceI have never been in a situation where I was never allowed to talk to a representative that held my car loan, instead, I received a ton of stories that had nothing to do with my loan or my vehicle I spent nearly as much on repairs to the vehicle as I did paying on it Very nice cars, until you take a deep look under the hook and find the substandard repairs they make on them before the saleOverall, my time (with the exception of two young men with the company who were always straight forward with me) was not a pleasant one I will accept my responsibility where needed, however I was not set up for success This company practices are deplorable and if more people who deal with them say something about their experience, I am confident there will be a pattern of negativity and frustration

Regards, The Detail's that Were Wrote is not What I was Told From Joey 2 Day's Before I went to purchase the vehicle he stated that I was guaranteed $1299 Down Payment Not As low as $1299 cause he wanted to up the downpayment and I said the website says $1299 and he went to check on the computer and said " oh yeahhh you are coreect just bring me that $1299 down payment and I can setup the car for you. Bring Check Stub's , Drivers license and & $1299 down and I asked him do you guy's do credit check? And he said no and I looked on there banner sign outside and he told me oh no sir no credit check here we do in house financing with all our vehicle's and then he proceeded to text me the day I was bringing my downpayment after I brought the essentials and he texted and said " Everything is Ready to Go the deal is Sealed Mr.[redacted]" and then I was late for work because I was excited to pickup the vehicle and once I got there he told me no and if I wanted the vehicle I would have to bring $3,5000 - $4000 to get the vehicle and I have very disatistfied I got my hopes up for nothing and I have a witness to attest to this
