I purchased a swim spa as well as a hot tub this year! I cannot begin to say how helpful the staff at the Reistertown Location from Maura who came to the house many times to be sure the job was right after selling us the product down DJ who is from the service dept! They stand 100% behind anything they sell! My grandchildren are having so much fun going back and forth between the "pool' and the hot tub! I highly recommend this company after looking aroundTheir service is unsurpassed!!
This business is not customer friendly. If you are making a large purchase, for example, a pool or spa, beware. Once they have your money they do not care if their work is completed to the customers satisfaction. We paid them $2400.00 to make our new pool fit neatly with our existing deck. Their cuts of our deck were sloppy and they left huge gaps that they simply screwed some boards in to cover up. Not professional looking at all. They don't care if your happy. Beware. Buy your pool or spa somewhere else. Their installers will leave you dissapointed.
