I am so sorry to hear about this negative experience and the fact that we did not respond to your original complaint We as a company went through a leadership change last year and the original complaint was sent to an old email address I am the new president for this division and will do my best to resolve this concern In reading through the complaint I believe there to be a miscommunication as we should be able to assist you in recovering the tow fees you incurred We will also work with the community to improve the language in the parking rules Please call me [redacted] and ask for [redacted] *** Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because: This association failed to disclose to multiple homeowners that there was going to be a need to get a loan to repair a number of buildings that were not inspected by prospective buyers of other units and they did not include in escrow closing papers minute meetings that disclosed this information This business already has a "C" rating with the Revdex.com and this goes to show that they continue to deceive people and harass people They are harassing me for a satellite dish that has been on this building for years and for hooks yes I said hooks that hold plants that have been painted over along with the dry rot that they keep putting off repairing They failed to disclose pertinent information during a home buying process and are to be made to be accountable for failure to disclose the horrific conditions of the complex The Board is deceitful, disrespectful and mean telling that if we don't pay the assessment they are going to have collectors calling us day and night and that they will also have the address of our homesThat is a threat and not acceptable

I am rejecting this response because:I do understand what you mean but we were told by the Kocal Management rep *** or *** her name that they have a meeting scheduled with the owner to discuss the flooring issuesIt's not the upstairs neighbors fault they are just renting but the owner needs to resolve the issue

Hello,I'm am sorry you are dealing with this problem.  I would be equally frustrated at an upstairs neighbor keeping me awake.  Unfortunately, The Management Trust (TMT) does not posses the power to resolve this issue for you.  TMT is not the property manager for the unit...

above you.  Rather, TMT manages the condominium association, the governing documents of which do not provide it with jurisdiction over the interior of condominium units.  In other words, the condominium association does not have the authority to enter an individual unit to repair or alter flooring.  I am sorry, but I would suggest resolving this issue directly with your upstairs neighbor.

I'm sorry you are having difficulties, but we are unable to resolve this issue for you because it is not our decision to make.  It appears this address is in the Lakeside Community Association, which has published parking rules.  These rules are adopted by the Lakeside Community...
