Review: These people are ridicules, they shut off my gas, which I understand I owe them money. However I paid the amount I needed to pay in order to turn it back on. they said they cant see my payment. I called again three day later because they where closed on weekends, only to find my payment was there. so I went with out hot water for a total of 4 days. now they wont send some one till wed.When I expressed my frustration with the supervisor she was extremely rude and pretty much told me because I owe them money she doesn't care, gave me an attitude and was extremely insultingDesired Settlement: I want the supervisor punished for how she spoke to me, and I want some money taken off for what I owe them
