 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I am still unable to complete vehicle emissions and inspection due missing temporary registration from dealer. Appointment to have this done was scheduled for June 14th 3:00 p.m at [redacted] in York Pa. I plan to reschedule as soon as I receive proper documentation and hopefully the vehicle passes all state requirements.

We also provided her with the lug wrench and jack as promised. They can be located in the trunk of her vehicle behind a plastic cover. We hope we were able to satisfy [redacted]'s requests.

Dear Revdex.com, I made a mistake. This was supposed to be a complaint toward [redacted] at [redacted] and [redacted] in Philadelphia pa. Not PHILLY auto...

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Introduction [redacted] is now attempting to make ignorant and false statements to defend his case and he is now intentionally lying to the Revdex.com. I have the paper work to prove his false and ignorant statements.  Answers to the False and Ignorant Statements Made by [redacted] 1. Yes I do drive [redacted] as part time job, but that has nothing to do with the excessive oil consumption problem the car should not be burning any oil with only 26,819 miles on it.2. I did not put 2,000 miles on the car in one week. I bought the car on 11/28/17 with 26,819 miles on it. The car was towed to a reputable licensed mechanic’s facility when it broke down on 12/13/17 and had 28,145 miles on it when it entered the licensed mechanic’s facility for the excessive oil consumption issue. The truth is I only put 1,326 miles on the vehicle in 15 days. 3. Not checking the oil has nothing to do with the excessive oil consumption issue the vehicle should not be burning oil while only having 26,819 miles on it there is clearly something mechanically wrong with my car because it burned through 4 quarts of oil extremely fast.  4. I did not bring my car to Philly Auto’s repair facility because there facility was a significant distance from the break down location of my car and I was in an emergency situation being stranded in the middle of a congested intersection. When I went back to Philly Auto with the oil consumption problem [redacted] did not offer to have Philly Auto’s repair facility address or fix the problem as he arrogantly bullied me out of the dealership without helping me. 5. The repair facility I brought my vehicle to is a licensed and reputable facility and the owner is willing to testify on my behalf. 6. I did contact the [redacted] warranty company they said I was not covered and to call Philly Auto. Conclusion [redacted] is clearing lying to the Revdex.com. I will aggressively pursue this case through the Revdex.com until [redacted] and Philly Auto return my money for the 2015 [redacted]. I have contacted the attorney general’s office and will aggressively pursue this case through them as well.Regards,
[redacted]

When [redacted] purchased his vehicle he was handed his temporary registration in a white envelope. However, I did email [redacted] his temporary registration earlier today and I am also attaching it to my response. Please let me know if there is anything else I may assist [redacted] with.

We sincerely apologize for any trouble this may have caused [redacted]. We stand by our 30 day warranty and try our best to address all issues in a timely manner. We change brakes and rotors at our service shop. We would’ve been more than happy to address this issue in house. But since [redacted] took...

his vehicle to an outside vendor, we had to reimburse him. He collected a check on June 3, 2017. We also, purchased two matching tires and changed them on his [redacted]. We hope we were able to satisfy [redacted] requests. We highly appreciate feedback as it helps us improve. It is our goal to retain satisfied customers and we hope we could serve [redacted] again in the future.

We have no record of this transaction in our system. I think [redacted] purchased her vehicle from a different dealership.

To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in response to [redacted]’s Consumer Complaint submitted on December 20th, 2017.  Kindly be advised that [redacted] purchased a used 2015 [redacted] on November 28th, 2017 with a warranty.  [redacted] has had an issue with his vehicle that the...

warranty will not cover due to NO DIAGNOSTIC FAILURE CODES WERE FOUND AND THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE REPLICATED. It has been explained to [redacted] that the type of issue he is having with his vehicle is not Philly Auto’s responsibility and he should contact any [redacted] Dealership to discuss said issue.  The manufacturer of the vehicle is the responsible party to fix [redacted]’s vehicle not Philly Auto.  Per [redacted]’s request, Philly Auto Inc has cancelled his warranty and refund the total amount to the financial institution. Accordingly, Philly Auto understands [redacted]’s frustration and  the necessary information he needs to contact the manufacturer to get his vehicle fixed.  As per [redacted]’s Complaint, he admits that, “So I did some research that found out that my model car has been notorious for having engine problems and burning oil at early stages of its life and having to get the engines replaced.”  Said statement acknowledges that [redacted]’s vehicle understands the issue of his 2015 [redacted].  Therefore, Philly Auto denies any responsibility, believes [redacted]’s Consumer Complaint has no merit and said Complaint should be marked closed.   Should you wish to discuss the aforementioned at greater length kindly contact me at my office.   I remain,Robert *.  Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I cannot tell if the catalytic converter was fixed. I have to drive a certain number of miles to see if the check engine light comes back on. The suspension problem was totally brushed off. My vehicle was never detailed as offered on numerous occasions. Instead of the trim being fixed around my vehicle, it was completely ripped off. I was offered a free rental to accommodate me while my was being serviced. I got charged for the rental. My vehicle was so called serviced months after the problems were reported, yet, so very often I am being asked to retract my complaint. I was not compensated for loss wages. I've gotten a crap load of run around from the sales and service men. Until I am completely satisfied I will continue to pursue this complaint.
