To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in response to [redacted] ***’s Consumer Complaint submitted on December 20th, Kindly be advised that [redacted] purchased a used [redacted] on November 28th, with a warranty [redacted] has had an issue with his vehicle that the warranty will not cover due to NO DIAGNOSTIC FAILURE CODES WERE FOUND AND THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE REPLICATEDIt has been explained to [redacted] that the type of issue he is having with his vehicle is not Philly Auto’s responsibility and he should contact any [redacted] Dealership to discuss said issue The manufacturer of the vehicle is the responsible party to fix [redacted] ***’s vehicle not Philly Auto Per [redacted] ***’s request, Philly Auto Inc has cancelled his warranty and refund the total amount to the financial institutionAccordingly, Philly Auto understands [redacted] ***’s frustration and the necessary information he needs to contact the manufacturer to get his vehicle fixed As per [redacted] ***’s Complaint, he admits that, “So I did some research that found out that my model car has been notorious for having engine problems and burning oil at early stages of its life and having to get the engines replaced.” Said statement acknowledges that [redacted] ***’s vehicle understands the issue of his [redacted] *** Therefore, Philly Auto denies any responsibility, believes [redacted] ***’s Consumer Complaint has no merit and said Complaint should be marked closed Should you wish to discuss the aforementioned at greater length kindly contact me at my office I remain,Robert *T [redacted] , III

To Whom It May Concern: Please be advised that [redacted] ’s vehicle has been serviced and the Catalytic Converter has been replaced at no chargeWe also provided her with the lug wrench and jack as promisedThey can be located in the trunk of her vehicle behind a plastic coverWe hope we were able to satisfy [redacted] 's requests
We sincerely apologize for any trouble this may have caused [redacted] ***. We stand by our 30 day warranty and try our best to address all issues in a timely manner. We change brakes and rotors at our service shop. We would’ve been more than happy to address this issue in house. But since [redacted] took... his vehicle to an outside vendor, we had to reimburse him. He collected a check on June 3, 2017. We also, purchased two matching tires and changed them on his [redacted] . We hope we were able to satisfy [redacted] requests. We highly appreciate feedback as it helps us improve. It is our goal to retain satisfied customers and we hope we could serve [redacted] again in the future.

I called the dealership the admitted to their mistake and gave me 100 dollars for a 140 dollar rim didn't get re imbursed for the tire, but oh well I thought. thats just the beginning, the car looked beautiful in the pictures!!! but when I got the car it was covered in black film that a carwash and a professional detail couldn't get off. 300 dollars later, getting irritated, opened the driver side door, the top hinge is rusted off, and now needs a new door, door jam, and hingesthe trunk wouldn't open, due to a broken trunk line and vacuum pump, lastly is cylinders 4 and 6 won't fire, now at the tune of 8500 dollars, I called the dealership and asked to buy the car back or pay for half plus the 800 dollar shipping to my house. they basically told me to jump off a bridge and I am not paying for a car that was so grossly misrepresented!Desired Settlement: I would like them to buy the car back and pay for the shipping plus the current parts I have paid for the car, or for them to pay for the remaining work that the car needs.
