I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS LADY PROBLEM OR WHAT SHE IS TRYING TO GAIN SHE constantly KEEP TRYING TO HET MONEY AND KEEP REACHING OUT TO US AND I DONT UNDER WHY I GAVE HERE A REFUND OF and that is my policyAfter she damage the item I am getting tired of keep repeating my self and so tired of herei can keep stoping out of my day to back and forth with her. I dont know what what point she don't understand that we not giving her any more money to leave.phillydivashair company along. She just open up a disputed again me for $so the website people might have call her but no one is harassing her.if any one getting harassed is us she keep coming after we gave her a refund she no about our Policy Before she purchase for us And I will not change it for no body. I don't know what she's trying to gain from this but all of this is pointless and a waste of time I don't know what company in the world will pay you for a damaged goods I already was nice enough to give her $tech refund And technically I don't have to give her back anything and she still keep coming so I don't know what shopping to do but as of this point I really do not care I just want to be left alone and continue to run my business that's it and if she still keep coming I will get a restraining order on her I'm going to start to make a legal actions. a rush and contacting all night and day about her order when my shipment is 7-business day also I sent her the link to what I have attach above showing her how shipping works and my policy is I guess she did not read itI sawed that the item was damage I deducted the $fee for damaging and refund her back a $If you place a order and the product was sent to you in good conditions then it need to be sent back the same wayThen on top of that don't understand why she making a complaint when I refund her money back and if she had took that times out and read my policy she would have know I made it easy for her cause I sent the link to herthen she put a complaint against me then lie did not provide the address which she did have and no that is not a PObox its a address because she sent the product back to me and she have the phone number to reach me which she could have sent with this complaintShe new what she was doing because she new if she put the wrong information in then I cant response and that not right at allI did everything I could to help her hand and foot she harass me and threatened me that she was going to do thisafter I already gave her a refundI stand by my policyShe went throw the same thing with another company she told me about before she place the order with me so if any one doing something wrong is her I also attached that aboveI don't understand what she trying to do but this is not right I read over every and for someone to do all this and she been giving a refund and she damage the product lie out my information and she still want the product that tell you all you need to knowso this matter has be resolve care off and the refund is been issue to her and that's as far as it going to goI try to work hard and help her but she had something else in mine.
