This is the first notice I have received, In the future could you please mail a notice in addition to an e-mail First off gallon tank is not the smallest It is however the size we install when the customer tells us they use it for their primary source of heatWe have only delivered gallon in the last yearThat is why there is a rental feeHe requested we pick up the tank because he refused to pay the rentalA refund check was generated the same day that we picked up the tank Check was dated 10/25/for $and was cashed on 10/27/ I clearly don't understand his complaintThanks, Susan

An order was placed on January 28th, for Church Street by [redacted] The order was placed for a fill up at [redacted] (Cafe) to be delivered the next day, January 29, The specific directions for the tank were given to us wrong and we delivered to the tank owned/handled by [redacted] Immediately after the delivery, the driver was informed by the cafe employees that we were given the directions to the wrong tank Our office immediately contacted [redacted] at [redacted] about the error on [redacted] 's partShe said that she did NOT have an issue with the delivery as they needed the fuel anywayShe had received kerosene and only required fuel oil, so in order to save [redacted] the expense of pumping out the kerosene, we agreed to charge [redacted] the fuel oil priceTherefore the price went from $(charge price) to $(charge price)The price for fuel oil on 1/29/was $(charge price) and had been that price for numerous days [redacted] implied herself to us as the co-owner of [redacted] She was and continues to be the only person that has contacted us regarding any issue with [redacted] , including returned check issuesUntil this incident this account and address had been receiving fuel from our company since with the ordering party being [redacted] We also had contacted her numerous times about this bill and she repeatedly agreed that she owed it and stated that she would be paying it soon [redacted] never disputed this liability being in her name until the charge got sent to collection
