Philly Hair Code

I made an appointment with Terri B for microlinks. My appointment was pushed back & rescheduled several time. I stated before the appointment that I wanted color, but on my arrival she was confused and did not want to do the color requested. She instead suggested I color my hair black, since the extensions she bought were black. She did not have any black dye left, so she sent me to take an Uber to the beauty supply to buy Jet black dye. After she dyed my hair jet black, it was evident that the extensions she purchased were off black, so it wouldn’t match my hair. She then proceeded to blow dry and flat iron my hair. There was a lot of breakage and when she couldn’t get the ends straight, she cut them. I asked her if my hair would blend better, but she told me the extensions she bought were not the same texture of my hair even though I told her prior what my hair type was. She told me she’s going to curl it and “hopefully” it will look better because it looks “weird” straight. Her boyfriend then arrived at the shop and she went to the bathroom and argued with him for at least 20 minutes. She ran out of supplies and couldn’t finish my hair, so she told me to come back. When I arrived back to my residence around 3:00am and saw the extensions, I immediately decided to instead request a removal because the extensions and my hair were not the same color and it looked awful. She told me there would be a charge and she could fit me in at 2:30 so I could still attend my class at 4:00pm. I took an Uber to the shop and when I arrived they told me she no longer worked their and sent me to her new address. When I arrived she barely acknowledged me. I sat waiting for over 3 hours and eventually missed my class. I decided to leave. When I got back to my residence, I realized that my hair was damaged and it was falling out. She then proceeded to text me later asking for more money. I spent $230 for microlinks, she provided, $55 on the service, and about $100 on Uber.
