Review: Hello,On Oct. 18th, 2014 I ordered an Act 235 PA Badge for work the total cost with shipping was $80.00. I waited 4 weeks never received it but my [redacted] account was charged. I tried for 2 weeks to contact the store via multiple phone and email messages. Review: I bought a security system from The Philly Spy Shop located in Philadelphia, PA. Before we purchased the item, the employee stated that we can return the item for any reason within 7 days. Either the product doesn't work properly or it doesn't function as we need it to. I thought that was great! The purchase was made on Saturday at around 6:00PM. I took the product home, attempted to set up, and it wouldn't work. I called the store, they were still open, I spoke with the employee, and he said I needed to plug the wires in differently; I did as I was told. The product was not working properly. I went out and purchased additional wires for the setup of the product, and it still didn't work. They store was closed at this time, and was no open on Sunday. Monday afternoon, I went back to the store and the same employee stated that I cannot return the system. I explained that he said 7 day return policy, but he would not refund my money. He would give me store credit, not refund me. There was nothing else in the store that I would want. They have a bunch of "security" clothing that I have no need for, and another security system was not available. So basically, the employee lied to me and stated that I can't get a refund unless it was the same business day. He would not work with me at all, he was very rude and ignorant. I will never shop at that location ever again.Desired Settlement: I would just like to return the product and receive credit on my credit card for it. I don't want cash, just a credit on my credit card.
