I am rejecting this response because:---------- Forwarded message ----------From: Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC <[email protected]>Date: Mon, Dec 14, 2015 at 9:16 AMSubject: Fwd: Revdex.com- Complaint [redacted]To: [redacted] ---------- Forwarded message ----------From: [redacted] <[redacted].com>Date: Sat, Dec 12, 2015 at 2:33 PMSubject: Revdex.com- Complaint [redacted]To: [email protected][redacted],When I filed the complaint on 11/11/15, I had not moved in yet.  Now that I am living there, there are so many things that I am not pleased with (see photos attached)I just want Revdex.com and licensing Bureau to know that this man is walking around with a license and he is completely incompetent.  I am doing this so that I can help another person from experiencing what I had to experience by the hand of Mr. J[redacted] and so that he is aware of my dissatisfaction. Mr. J[redacted] noted below that he---o   Painted my basements steps- not true (see pictures)o   House cleaned of dust- I did because I needed to move ino   Windows in dining area was painted only—he did not trim or add moldingo   Kitchen door was cleaned by ME and it was not painted by Mr. J[redacted]o   Deck was put up with new lumber but in some areas old lumber was used (nothing changed).. he only painted the deck (he had to return because when it rained the paint washed right off)o   Floors stained- was not my request in the first place.  He did not attempt to correct the lack there of under the radiatorso   Microwave was installed- he had to move the switch over to install, with that a hole is now visible (see pictures)o   Mr. J[redacted] and team does not put 100% effort in the work they put out.  He also hired folks that are not professional in this kind of work so therefore he would pay then a small fee which would then put more money in his pocket.. (the work shows exactly that) Please note the amount of contract ($25,200).  I purchased the house cash, and also needed cash to renovate.  Now, Mr. J[redacted] is aware of what I had to do to get the funds for this project.  So therefore I would rather be 100 percent satisfied instead of walking around my home with regrets.  Regrets that I hired him Additional things I am not pleased with since moving in:o   Per my contract, which you should have a copy of from when I started this claim..o   Garage drain to be cleared for proper drainage (see pictures)  this was not done or else water would not be in my garageo   Not in contract, but molding is not done at allo   Dining room area- windows, molding is missingo   Paint job- entire house- unsatisfactory (it is not clean but messy)o   Floor- not smooth, do not shine, rough, some areas dull, look like no polyurethane was addedo   Staining the floor was not in my contract nor was I aware of this.  Mr. J[redacted] decided to do that on his own and failed miserably as the work is horrible.. the floor is not smooth or shiny and in some areas it is was not polyurethane (dull in some areas)  see photoso   He removed all the carpet before starting the work- he did not cover the wood floor.  He worked on the wood floor- this is why I think he decided to stain themo   Mr. J[redacted] states he has been doing this kind of work for 30+ years.  So then, how come he could not use his discretion/ 30 years of experience to see that my bathroom would be better with a standing shower? (rhetorical question)o   Bathroom- I would need to get another contractor to come in and change around the bathroomo   Bathroom sink doors not leveled properlyo   Bathroom fixtures – cheap as if he got it from a bubble gum machineo   Kitchen- he walked away and not install my kitchen cabinets- to-date my kitchen is not as we discussedo   Living room area- area in floor that is sinking—when asked about it, he told me he didn’t mention it because I didn’t have money to give him to fix(I should still be notified)o   He left a ton of garbage in my garage- we had plans for him to come and remove.  When I got there he had removed all—he broke into my garageo   Floors- I would also need to have someone come in a re-do the entire houseo   I have no leg room when sitting on the toilet because the tub is so close to it.. see pictureso   Ceiling paint is poorly done or not done at allo   He added sheetrock and did not add insulation even thou I asked him to do so over and over and over againo   Molding were to be added in ceiling area – that is not doneo     I can’t stress this enough--I am not pleased/satisfied with the overall work on the house.  He was so convincing that I would be satisfied.
