Philly's Steak Subs and Pizza

Review: I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager because when I received my french fries they were very raw like they were not even cooked . They werent edible at all I was completely shocked. When the manager got on the phone I explained the situation about the fries. He was extremely rude and said I could have a credit. I told him I did not want a credit because ive had issues with their food twice and I was supposed to have a credit and they told me it wasnt in the system. I asked him to just refund my money , he refused . I asked him for the corporate number he gave me a number which seemed like a fake number. After he gave me the number , I was still talking and he hung up on me. I called bsck and the counter girl said he did not want to speak and he told her to tell me to call the 1800 number. That is by far the worst customer servicee experience ive ever experienced in my life. My sister who is a manager at pizza hut was sitting here with me while I was on the phone just kept repeating the same thing. "I cant believe the owner spoke to you like that"Desired Settlement: They cannot get away with talking to people like that who are keeping them in business.
