My original billing date fell on the 10thIn February I had insufficient funds on the 10thMy service was suspendedA week later on Feb 16th my checking account was charged $My service was reactivatedOn the 10th of March my account was deactivated again for insufficient fundsWhen I contacted customer service I was told that was because the billing date is set for the 10th of every monthWhen I explained that I had only received days of service, they went so far as to call my payment on Feb 16th a sort of "late payment." Even though I had no service between Feb 10-I contacted another customer service rep and was told it didn't matter I only received days of serviceThat my set billing date was for the 10th (even though I was charged on the 16th) and my understanding is it does not matter when they charged meThey told me that I was simply paying more for less viewing timeI was just trying to get my service restored because I had paid for a month's service on
