I am rejecting this response because: contact limit should not only be myself but family, business, and employees as well. Furthermore I want not only no emails but phone, written, facsimile, personal contact as well. I also require that not only [redacted], but his family and associates refrain from contact as well. Not emailing me is great but not enough.

My is [redacted] owner of Phils Auto Repair in [redacted], [redacted]. I see that Mr. [redacted] got the Revdex.com involved on this yelp review about my business. And yes I did over reacted by his comments on my business and if Mr. [redacted] would be truthful about what really happen here I wouldn't have...
gotten angry. I never threaten his family in any way and I did call his father I told him that contract work was between me and him but he explained to me that while [redacted] was living [redacted] that it had spoiled him. He advice me that he would have a talk with [redacted] and have it removed but that didn't happen. I know now that everybody is entitled to their own opinion but falsely lying about a business is not being prpfessional and besides I've notice it's just one negative opinion but other people do not see the positive that I've done to be in business. So please tell Mr. [redacted] that I apologise and to leave matter alone and I will go on about doing business how I have for 5 years and the way handle my customer with honesty. I show respect to all of my new or old customers without them I wouldn't be in business.
Great Service, fair pricing, wonderful customer care. I have 2 sisters, a niece, and a cousin who all take their vehicles here for any sort of work we need done on our vehicles. Great team of guys here who are always willing to go the extra mile to accomodate you. Won't go to any other mechanic...this is the only place for me
