to call his bank and said he had to wait until after 9am? I obliged told him that the reservation was extended but that he just needed to supply the funds later in the morning.Guest never came back to the desk and the room ran for the next couple of days? Guest later came back (1/*/18) and was verbally abusive and aggressive to all staff members when he had seen the additional charge go through? He demanded to speak with me that moment and as it was 9pm at night I was unavailable? Upon, arrival the next morning (1/*/18) I received an angry email from him and our Franchise Partner Choice Hotels to remove the charge? I completed a lock interrogation and saw that the guest did leave, just did not check out? Seeing that the guest was not physically in the hotel we did email him back, apologize and immediately refunded his $314.54.On the attached correspondence this was all communicated and on the last page I copied the folio showing the adjustment for $
