Review: I had purchased a PHion Balance PHion pH Booster Kit manufactured by this company from [redacted]. This product has been advertised to make water alkaline. I used this product as per directions on it. Upon testing, I found that the pH of water did not change. I did a few more tests and the result was the same. Next I tested the actual product without diluting it with water. Again, my tests confirmed that even the concentrate did not alter pH.

I contacted their customer service and was told very clearly that "we are not able to issue a refund as your purchase was made directly through [redacted]". How does my purchasing their product from [redacted]

How does me buying their product from [redacted] release the manufacturer from their obligations? Should their product not work as advertised?

This company is misleading consumers with false claims.Desired Settlement: I want the company to refund my purchase and stop misleading consumers.
