PHO 75 Restaurant

Review: My wife and her daughter ate at the PHO 75 Thai Restaurant on Ella Grasso Turnpike in Windsor, Ct 3/19 and got food poisoning. We spoke to the manager about the issue and getting the amount we paid for food back, and he said come in with receipt and we will refund your money. He apologized, I told him I would be in today 3/20. The person who does the paper work called me and told me no refunds. I want to file a formal complaint against this bus. Health code wise and consumer protection wise. I think we were treated unfairly, and two people were made violently sick.What do I need to do from here?advise.Thank You.David ContoisDesired Settlement: I would like a complete refund and the rest. to be inspected for health code violations. Simple. No one should have to get as sick as they did-ever! What we have here is three very angry consumers, two that were so violently ill-they thought they were going to die!!!
