asked to leave and not come back after they created a scene during our peak business time. This was a very angry customer who threatened us, made false accusations, and is trying to cause trouble for us. We did not give in to her intimidation tactics and we are not at fault for anything she is accusing us of.

I would like to apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I definitely want to rectify the complaint received by a past tenant. [redacted] and [redacted] were tenants of mine.
 
They had a joint lease. After each apartment is vacated, we do an inspection,...

repairs, and send out the inspection report. On the inspection report, it lists how much a tenant would get back on their deposit refund as well as a check or it would list how much they would owe and have 10 days to pay or we send it to collections. [redacted] was the only one who had not paid in full on her rent. There were damages we had written down that could have happened before them or during their stay. We were unsure as to who did what before they moved in because my husband owned the property and he passed away June 2013. the tenants were living there at that time. We have all the paperwork from the years he kept on file. Nothing in their file listed any previous damages or pictures. We were willing to take some items off of the inspection for the benefit of the doubt on their behalf. I have yet to hear from anyone since we explained we were lowering the bill a bit. I understand [redacted] dilemma due to the fact that she has paid her rent as required, but because she signed a joint lease she is also responsible for the unpaid balance.

They totally renovated the apartment building inside and out, and I mean everything. Our questions and maintenance requests were always taken care of promptly. Very reasonably priced and she walks to all of her classes.

Review: Ever been kicked out and banned from ever coming back from a restaurant? I wanted to prove a point and try to get the business to understand that charging a customer for something they didn't get is fraud! I went to Pho Anh Dao for the final time and again they have failed me. People should check their bills before paying. They might charge extra stuff that was not ordered. I always ask for a receipt from this establishment and 80% of the time there is a miscellaneous charge either more for my extra beef (because the menu is very misleading and I have brought it up to the cashier before) or tea that I didn't even order nor was it set on the table. Yes, its just $4 dollars here and there but that is $4 times however many others times different customers are being charged without their knowledge. Its just the concept of being ethical business owners that they should strive to be. You can't always throw the "I don't speak English" card and expect no repercussions. I was actually kicked out and banned from the restaurant for bringing up these fraudulent and unethical activities to them. Three out of five of our orders were incorrect. We addressed the issue but eventually was ignored. We could have walked out but we were hungry and on our lunch time. We just sucked it up and ate. When we were ready to pay, we brought the problem up again to the cashier but she was extremely rude and refused to refund us at least for one of the incorrect bowls once I mentioned that we were going to make a complaint to Revdex.com. She took pictures and video recorded everything. I did not object. I am hoping that could be used as evidence as to what happened. I even called the Sac Sheriff's Department but they said it was a civil matter. I took a picture of their business license on the wall and it was expired too. I called Sac County Business License Department to verify; however, they are current but have not yet replaced it on their wall. I don't know why they haven't put it up yet because it expired November 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my bill of $43.94 but I am also afraid that there might be retaliation against me if my information is provided to this business. If anything, I would like this to be published on the Revdex.com website for the public to view.
