Thank you Revdex.com for helping get this matter resolved I hope in the future vans will be more responsive to their customers concerns I don't like getting the Revdex.com involved but sometimes that's what it takes to get a big companies attentionI have already used the money refunded to purchase the shoes that vans doesn't have in stock from another shoe store, I think it's a shame that vans runs out of stock on their own shoes and you have to purchase elsewhere.
