Pho Hung

Review: I went to Pho Hung restaurant on February 15, 2013 to purchase lunch. I ordered PLAIN noodle soup to go and specified NO MEAT because I am a vegetarian. I asked to please make my order correctly because I lived 30 miles away, and it was too far for me to come back if the order was not right. They assured me the soup would be made as ordered. I paid $8.80 for plain noodle soup. After I got home and sat down to eat my meal it was full of a funny looking and smelling meat that was unrecognizable. I didn't know if it was beef, pork or possible rat. I showed it to other people at my house and they said they had never seen anything like it. I was upset and was not going to drive some 30 miles back to return it. The container that held the broth was full of fat and had leaked. Therefore, I poured it out. I had a doctors appointment the following Monday and took it back. Note it had been refrigerated. The female employee that waited on me was behind the counter. I took the rancid smelling food out of the box and showed her my food was not made as I asked, had meat in it & was foul smelling. Please note, I did not eat any of the food. I gave her my receipt and I asked for my money back and she told me no because she said "you ate my food." She was referring to the broth that I had poured out because as I said before it was leaking and was full of fat. I asked her name but she wouldn't tell me. I told her since she refused to give me my $8.80 back would she make my meal correctly as I had ordered it. She said no & started screaming at me. Here I am, a paying customer and could not get my money back or my food made correctly. I took the food and put it on the counter. She took it off the counter and as I was walking away she threw the bag of food at me. I wanted to pick it up and throw it back at her, but being the woman I am I just left the bag on the floor and left the store. I should have called the police. I just gave away $8.80 and ended up with nothing. Pho Hung is a horrible restaurant! Never again.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and this establishment should have to take a course in customer service. They should also apologize but I'm sure that would never happen.Thank You
