*** ***'s complaint about her "cold" soupIn this particular restaurant, we only serve a traditional Vietnamese noodle soupSo in turn we have a large gallon pot of soup always heated at over degrees fahrenheit when the business is open, this satisfy health code regulation for heating hot soupLiterally, minutes before a bowl of soup is served it is transfer to a smaller gallon pot stays heated until it is then poured over to a bowlIn addition, all noodles is made right before it goes out to the customer and the meats and vegetables are placed on top in a preheated bowl that we keep warm.
A bowl of rare meat is exactly what it is a bowl of rare meatThe soup is meant to cook the rare meat to a medium rare type meat when it is mixed in with the noodle soupIf she wants "well done" rare meat we can cook it well done for her upon request because some customers like rare, but cannot eat it medium rareApparently, this is their problemSome people even eat the rare meat rare without dipping it into the soup to cook it We also have well done meat as well that customer can order from as well.
When we make the bowl of noodle soup out for the customers, we will make at least tables at a timeSo not only is her bowls are done, but so also another table as wellWhile she was complaining about her soup, the other table did notIn addition the other tables we have here that did not complaint as well.

Review: on may 11 2014 my husband and I eating at kimmy pho in westminster.( 2 ) bowls of vietnames soup ( Pho )wiht rar beef. my husband complaind.the soup is not hot . for the beef to get well in the soup.after my husband.complaind we benn told never to come back to the restaurant.Desired Settlement: I like to have my $ 15.00 refunde from the restaurant.
