Pho Thin

Absolutely, awful service. I am disgusted by the way my boyfriend and I were treated. Being dismissed multiple times, especially when we were ready to order. We went to leave, because the service was awful, the server did not deserve a tip. She had the nerve to call us back into the restaurant to give us a tip because she is "the best waitress and has the best service, and she deserves it because she is so good." She continued on to say "I will never serve you or your people again." 1. That's fine, I won't ever come here again, hence you do not need to serve me. 2. To discriminate against "my people." you shouldn't even have a job.

After leaving the restaurant, and being so upset; I called to speak to the manager. Jenny who answered the phone, yelled and stated that its against the law to take photos. I let her know, not a *** person took photos and I wanted to speak to the manager, she said I can't help you; you don't know anything. I said I would like to speak to a manager, she continued to tell me to get a life and call back another time. No one is available to talk to me. Following my phone call, I received a text from an unknown phone number stating "Please call back to ask for a Manager at Pho thin:)". So on top of the awful service, they took my number from caller ID and texted me without my consent.
