I contacted this company December
Over two weeks I made phone calls to different people in the company
each person said they would have someone call me back
It is now January I have heard from no one
I have had to call another company to install a fireplace for me
They have no follow up to their un-supplied "service"
They serviced my fire place last year, but left the seal hanging loose. I called them a week later.
They didn't respond to my call. I was gone over winter,.I called them three weeks ago to come &
correct the problem of leaking gas fumes & they said I will not be taken care of for 5 weeks.12/09
I have had another Co come & was very prompt & less expensive today. . I deserve a credit or refund from what they did in leaving a loose sealing wrap hanging $ 127.63 .
