The invoice (Paid in full) has been sent to [redacted] more that once Via email. It must have been going to junk mail .
We got in touch with [redacted] today and made sure he received it.
Review: I have called [redacted] at least 10 times to send me the receipt for the work done. I had $10,800 (ten thousand eight hundred dollars) worth of [redacted] windows and doors put in my house in [redacted]. I called so many times requesting him to send the receipt for the full payment made. I am still waiting for the receipt. He was supposed to have sent it more than a month ago. This is not the way to treat a loyal customer who has paid on time. This receipt is needed for my tax purposes and to obtain a loan to ensure that there are no outstanding bills on the house.Desired Settlement: Please contact him to send me the receipt.
