Review: This company was chosen by our ex-contractor, [redacted]., who completely stopped working at our house after being paid for work that was never completed. I've tried to contact this company Phoenix air conditioning multiple times to receive my Vent Grilles and air conditioning units. For well over a month I have not received an answer. After speaking with A man named [redacted] several times I have not received an answer. There has been problems with the HVAC system already in which the system would shut off and not work properly. Our family has been displaced for over a year and this company feels it takes over a month to come up with a resolution. I have pleaded to speak to [redacted] but [redacted] has told me that he does not talk to his customers and now [redacted] is in Dominican Republic enjoying his vacation while my family is still awaiting an answer for our house to be completed. The customer service is horrible. As a customer who has paid a lot of money this is completely uncalled for and we at least deserve an answer and some type of customer service. And this company put an advertisement sign on my property. I can advertise there business for them but I'm not allowed to receive any type of response or resolution to this issue after spending a lot of money. I do not recommend this company or [redacted]. to anyone who wants to eventually return to their home after renovations.Desired Settlement: Finish the job that was started or refund me my money that I work hard for!!!

To Whom It May Concern,

This letter is a response to the complaint made by [redacted]. First I would like to start by saying that this complaint is fabricated. The only true statement is that we were hired by Absolute Renovations to install 2 heating and cooling systems which has been fully completed to the amount of money in which we received. At this time there is still a $3,000.00 balance due to Phoenix on this project for grills and condensers. [redacted] claims that we have not acknowledged any of her phone calls, When in fact we have spoken to her and her mother on numerous occasions. On Jan **, 2014 [redacted] called requesting a copy of our proposal/contract to Absolute Renovations. It was immediately provided to her on Mon Jan [redacted] in form of email to [redacted], of which she called to confirm her reciept. Approximately 3 days later we spoke again and went over what was left to do on the project. She was told at that time we would be happy to complete the project if they assume the final responsibility of payment. We even offered them to make the payment direct to our vendor for the remaining equipment on her site. After all this, I had even made several attempts and left messages to see if they had made a decision to move forward with the completion of the project. Not once did they give us the courtesy of a return call. In addition we helped the [redacted]'s on three separate occasions to get their heat back up and running due to their system failing. Once because the electrician rewired their panel incorrectly and two more times when they completely contaminated the system with construction debris because they ran the system during major construction. We told them the first time that these systems could not be run during construction, but they continued to do so. Which we found out when we returned the second time for the same issue. After the second time we made it clear to them that we would no longer continue to service if they continued to run the system during construction. After the first occurance they were told that running the system during construction would void their warranty, as it is fully stated in our contract. Please see the copy that is attached . Lastly, We have gone out of our way for the [redacted]'s to help them with their service and offered to finish the project if they assumed responsibility of the final project balance.
