Phoenix Air Dynamics

My husband noticed that the spout we have dripping outside (totally normal) was dripping a bit more frequently so he went into the crawl space where the aircondition unit is located and noticed a little bit of water in the pan. In order to prevent a bigger problem we call American Home Shield and they contracted Phoenix Air Dynamics to come out. Upon coming out Phoenix Air Dynamics indicated that the pipes needed to be blown out and the drip pan needed to be graded and all would be well. In less than 24hrs after Phoenix Air Dynamics visit water started dripping from the ceiling. My husband went into the crawl space and the pan was absolutely dry but there was a lot of water on the floor. The company sent the same person back out who doesn't know why it happened. When I asked what they were going to do about my ceiling damage he told me to call the company. I have tried to call several times a day but they do not answer. I contacted American Home Shield to ask them what to do and they were unhelpful telling me either to continue to contact the company or call my insurance company. They did call Phoenix Dynamics for me and low and behold the company picked up. Since I couldn't be dispatched in Phoenix Home Dynamics was supposed to call me back...and of course they never did. Horrible service, horrible customer service. This company left me with more damage than I started with!

Horrible experience! They installed a new AC unit on a Friday and the 2 guys that did the installation broke the door and frame to the attic completely off! They were supposed to come the following Monday to repair it and never called or showed up. Now it's been almost 2 weeks and they still haven't fixed it. Plus they didn't hook something up right and now our home is very humid. I have called several times a day but nobody will answer or return my calls.

It's been a week or over two weeks that our Ac should of been fixed.

This company was supposed to be out from 8A.M -10A.M Aug 15th. They did not call that they would be late. They called at 11:44 O.M and said they had the wrong part. I couldn't be home later, because I had apts for my kids. I was then told on Aug 16th they would be out from 8A.M-10 A.M and again a no show or a call. It's already 1:30 P.M on Aug 16th and no call. I been trying to get a hold of them with no success. American Home shield also tried calling them three times today with no luck. Our room feels almost like a sauna. I would not recommend this company if my life depended on it.

I scheduled an AC service call on-line in the middle of the afternoon and Ben was there that night at 9:00pm. Faulty air conditioning in Phoenix in the summer is not a good thing. Ben had us running smoothly before he left...at 10:30pm. I've never had that sort of response from any other AC company - - - ever!

The team at Phoenix Air Dynamics was great to work with! I called them at 6pm on a Sunday afternoon in June and they were at my house within an hour. They all worked with my home warrenty people to get a new unit installed. Very professional, personalable and communicated the status with us every step of the way.

My AC went out and I called them. They came out at the time we set up and got my AC back up right away. They did a great job. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for AC service.

Phoenix Air Dynamics came to our home within 2 hours after our system stopped cooling. The problem was diagnosed and parts were ordered immediately. They went over and above by recharging our system temporarily so that we would still have cooling until the parts arrived. They made several trips to keep it cooling and when the part arrived worked for over 8 hours in our attic replacing the necessary part. They also adjusted air ducts in my attic for better overall air flow throughout my home at no extra charge. The unit is working and cooling better than it did before the breakdown. I am 100% satisfied and will recommend them to anyone needing minor or major repairs.

Our air conditioning went out on a Saturday morning, and [redacted] from Phoenix Air Dynamics came out the next day. [redacted] was very professional and identified the problem immediately. He had the replacement part that was needed, and our air conditioning system was up and running again in record time. We were very happy with the service and glad to get our system fixed so quickly over the weekend.
