Jim seemed like a nice guy at first. Willing to help. He was saying he could build up an adult booster seat for me considering I'm a little person. Willing to make it happen for me.

As the project came around there was another side to him. Jim has an anger problem it seems. It took all I got to sit on the dirty cushion thinking it was a demo (didn't mention anything to him, just following orders), because we needed a starting point. Without telling him anything my mom and I had a quiet private conversation that the cushions looks water soaked or maybe even sweat soaked, discolored, dirty, and etc. To be sure, my mother asked, "If this was a demo and not the actual cushion he will be using, he said " He will be using it" My mother stated "but it is dirty and have stains on it". It is only natural to be concern about your health and considering he was charging me for his labor and material. Anyone would want something new if they are paying a lot of money for it anyways. There should be a choice between new and used that the shop owner has to respect. He explained, "It is what he will be using because it is form fitting and he had nothing else in mind". Our original discussion was that he was going to build a cushion and then we do measurements and tweaking. So I was in shock considering this project is time sensitive because it enables me to finally drive my car to work. I waited 2 days for him; to find out he can't do it.

Having no other options. I asked him "nicely" if "he can strip the top layer off that has the dirt and the discoloration on the used seat cushion" he was providing me that was from a previous car that was not mine. Speaking very loud and rude he was like "it will be covered with material and etc., why should it matter"

He walked away and came back speaking very loud and rude saying to get out of his shop and he's not going to make the seat cushions for me. Repetitively saying to leave very rude. I mentioned to him "nicely" (took a lot of heart to hold my frustration and emotions) I waited two days for you and he said rudely I can't do it for you and get out, there is the exit and walked away again.

Shop garage door was shut. We were lost on whom to find and approach to ask to let us out.

This is not how you treat a customer. I left there in tears.

He could have said nicely he couldn't do it and let us leave on good terms, but he chose to be rude.
