I have ordered nearly a dozen rods from Jawbreaker CustomsI happened upon this company while browsing for good deals for rods on eBayAfter purchasing some reconditioned rods I decided to try a couple of custom rodsNot only is the staff knowledgable but the primary principle communicates with clients first handIt took about emails, mainly because I had so many questions, to get my first rod orderedIt is fantastic and now my favoriteI have ordered and will continue to order rods from Jawbreaker CustomsI highly recommend this company and the quality work they doFor those people who expect custom rods during peak season in 1-weeks you are fooling yourselfUnless I purchase a rod that's already made I have found there is roughly a 3-week turnaround time, which is completely worth it once you receive the rodThanks for the great work and great business

I ordered a flyrod from them, custom, I needed it by a certain time, was told he could do it in one month, after it was three weeks late and numerous tries to contact them they just ignored me, when I recieved the rod it was not what I ordered and it looked really bad, and they are very rude

Review: I bought a transmission from pheonix automotive advertised as agrade a transmission with 80 thousand miles when I got the transmission I cleaned it up and as I was cleaning it I put it side by side with my transmission and noticed parts was gone the rear seal and rear bearing was gone and looked inside the transmission and a chunk of gear was laying inside I took the housing off to see how bad it was it was in worse shape than my transmission I called them and they keep giving me the run around I paid for shiping for it to get here now thy want me to pay for shipping back to them then they want me to pay for the otherone to come back I could have done bought a new transmissionDesired Settlement: they sent me a bad transmission in the first place they advertised it as a grade a transmission wich means that it is in good shape nothing wrong with it I feel they should have paid for all shipping cost when they advertise somthing in good shape and send somthing bad
