I am rejecting this response because:

The member has been responded to by hard copy mail dated August 12, 2015. Member was advised that the credit union does not remove a late mark due to the fact that they did not receive a statement in the mail or as a courtesy. Member stated that he was aware that he had a monthly payment
due as the loan has been in place for several years during conversation with the credit union

Member was responded by mail on May 8. We consider this matter resolved at this time

The member has been responded to via email on 9/and we consider this matter closed

$refund amount was deposited into member's account on May 9, 2017. The credit union considers this matter resolved

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,*** *** So it looks like AlaskaUSA Federal Credit Union has people that wanna get arrested for fraud charges first off I always learned since I was little before I
email or mail someone a letter to proof read it and make sure that everything is correctly and looks like you guys did not do that and thanks a lot for giving me all the evidence that I need to sue your bank in the court of law so hare dare you tell me at this time I believe I have addressed your concerns and consider this matter resolved man you crack me up so much.I took my computer to a judge in King County and ask them would they accept a document from an email that is upside down he laughed and said it depends what else is presented with it maybe or maybe not and so I showed him the letter you sent me in the mail and he said did a year old do some of this the documents on paint or something because you sent me papers with the font fading away and notice how the *** *** stamp is fading away plus take closely attention to some of the documentations they are slanted to the left and whoeverhighlighted the documents did not do a good job.I took notice notice on how you said " On April 18, the merchant responded to Alaska USA by providing documentation showing you had entered into agreement with *** *** for trademark filing services regarding the business name "*** That documentation included the transaction receipt for services and several email communications between you and the merchantThe Receipt contained verification of your billing information.'' Now I took close notice to how you said several email communications between you and the merchant which is a lie and I can have the localAlaska USA Federal Credit Union workers subpoena to court as a witness if I have to because Alaska USA Federal Credit Union representative told them the whole story and never mentioned several email neither did any Alaska USA Federal Credit Union worker that emailed never said anything about that once so ever I know now I can tell you guys are just making up things because you people have ran out of stories to tell .I also know where is my signature and they date no where but I do know I see the signatory name *** *** which can be fraught in court as not being a person real signature and the judge said I am all over Google and Bing so it's real easy to obtain my information and try to stealit for their own use and I can go on and on but won'tI do know that wherever the documents came from whoever did them could of presented them at a professional level and not like they just handed it to a kid to do it for them so if Alaska USA Federal Credit Union does not want to take the charge of $off my account and restore it back to I say bring it on because I will take you all to court for justice to be served in front of a judge or judges ! O do note that I will subpoena as many people as possible as I can ! Well have a good day or night depending on whatever time you get the message ! One Last thing I will make sure this gets forward to CEO *** ** *** RIGHT AWAY !

A VP contacted me and admitted that there was a slight issue with there system that they were working on fixing I accept the fix with the knowledge that they are fixing

The consumer has been provided with information that must be completed before this can be removed from their record The
consumer must file a police report and an Identity Theft claim with our Fraud Resolution Department When the account was opened in 02/proper photo identification was presented The consumer has disputed this times with the credit report agency but fails to proceed with proper procedures for Identity Theft This will remain on record until the consumer has followed proper procedure for Identity Theft

We have responded to the member and are working with the member.  At this time, we consider this matter closed.

Member was contacted today, May 26, 2017.  Matter resolved.

Our management team has reached out to the member via phone and email and are awaiting a response to discuss/resolve her complaint.

The consumer's original complaint, which involved the dispute of a wire transfer, was addressed in the correspondence mailed on March 11, 2016, and again on April 21, 2016.  This most recent correspondence does not contain any new information or evidence with regard to the dispute in question.  Alaska USA has reviewed its records and confirmed that the credit union has handled this matter pursuant to regulations.  Therefore, the credit union considers this matter resolved.

An executive has been in contact with the member by phone.  The matter has been resolved to the member's satisfaction.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
This case has been ongoing since February 18, 2016.  We have a large amount of correspondence  - letters to and from AK USA, Attorney General, and the NCUA (which is the FDIC for credit unions).  Instead of copying each letter, I will recap.
 
Please see the original complaint.  The NCUA addressed one regulation for the wire transfer.  This was only one of our issues with this credit union.
 
*    AK USA CEO - Bill E[redacted], AK USA COO - Brian W[redacted], and the Fraud Department were very aloof with our $80,000.
*    Tellers and branch supervisors should be looking over members history and ask questions on large withdrawals and wire transfers  (Especially International).  The employees who are handling members dollars and accounts should have training and be up to date on current scams.
*    Fraudulent banks / swift codes should be red flagged.  i.e. - google fraudulent banks in Mexico - Banamex covers both pages and is the only bank listed.
*    The timeline for communication to stop our fraudulent transfer:  We notified AK USA, 2/21/16  at 8:30am, they sent the message to Wells Fargo, who was the interim bank (NEVER THE ENDING BANK OF BANAMEX!)  the next day.  The dollar amount for the stop wire transfer was a huge error -  $80 Million dollars - it was suppose to be $80 Thousand dollars.  Wells Fargo’s response, “matter is received our attention, will respond in due course”.  AK USA followed up four days later - “Follow up”  Wells Fargo did not respond till 2/29/16.  Same response as above.  3/2/16 - 3rd request sent to Wells Fargo  Wells Fargo’s response - 3/3/16 - “unable to refund - funds are gone”.  As you can see from the dates and responses - no urgency with lots of errors.  Wells Fargo tells me that it takes 3-5 days for a wire transfer to Mexico.  They answer we recv’d from AK USA was that the funds were received on the same day we wired the funds, and they money started withdrawing then.  Many different withdrawals.  Why was Banamex never notified, why did the bank/credit union not use the phone.
*    Each and every bank that my family has spoke with asked why their was not a red flag or questions asked.  Our money has been moved to another bank.
*    Has the scam happened to an AK USA member previous to ours?
*    One last question, If AK USA were to be robbed on a Sunday, would be there  be an escalation plan, or would they wait till Monday for the appropriate department to open?
