I purchased a new construction from Phoenix in June 2010. I love my home, however I have had several roofing issues since 2012. Shingles are falling right off everytime there is a high wind situation. Almost $1000 in repairs and it's still happening. I was told that they were not nailed down properly. This has caused several leak issues inside my home that we now have to get looked at. I do not recommend. ","neg-1
