All parties have been contacted and are in agreement with the service to be performed.  All parties agree and understand the glass will ship the week of 2/05/18 to the Distributor.  I spoke with the Distributors third party contractor and he will be scheduling the service with Mr. [redacted]...

once the glass is received.  Mr. [redacted] is in agreement with the service.
