I had [redacted] clean and repair my carpet. I am very impressed with the work and the customer service. From the time I spoke with [redacted] to get an phone estimate, to when [redacted] made sure I was completely satisfied with the work he did before he left. You can really tell they care about your home as if it was their own. I have already referred my family and friends to this company and its a relief to know I have them to call from now on instead of calling around for hours next time!

Phoenix Carpet repair helped me get my deposit back on my apartment. They did a great job and I will recommend them to family and friends.

The This is what I experienced when I did business with Phoenix Carpet Repair. A person answered the phone and not a machine, The person was knowledgeable and courteous, I received verbal quote on the phone followed up by written quote within minutes, The professional and courteous service person arrived on time, and performed top quality work.

I had my carpet stretched on Monday, it was done magnificently. Keith was my technician. He was very professional, he knew what he was doing and he got the job done in no time. I loved how he explained every step to me before he started. I would recommend them to family and friends for any job I have in the future.

I had to have 2 rooms of carpet removed and then replaced with new. When setting up the appointment Kim was courteous and friendly. They were able to get me scheduled within 4 days, right on the date and time I was hoping for. I had the new carpet already at my location (Donated to me by a good friend), and thought I was in for a couple of carpet seems since I thought my carpet pieces were a couple inches short. These guys worked some kind of magic, the carpet fit, no seems, and was done in less than 2 hours including removing of the old. After trying to get scheduled with other places, and getting astronomical quotes and unavailable dates, I can easily recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. Hands down, the Best Value and Excellent service, A Top Notch company.

Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning did a great job stretching and making our family room carpet look like new again. I would use their services again in a heartbeat! Very professional communication and always kept me, the customer updated regarding the appointment time, etc.

Called Phoenix Carpet Repair due to pet issues for both repairing a torn up spot and ended up cleaning the entire home because I was so impressed with their repair work. It isn't even noticable and the carpets look new again. Thanks Robert for saving us from replacing all the carpet in our home!

Very professional and job well done. I had pet damage to my carpet. The quote was to the dollar of the final price. The tech was at my house within 2 hours and had the job done quickly. I background and picture of the tech were sent which made me feel more comfortable having my wife and kids be there without me for the service time.

Today was our 3rd time using this company and we continue to be very pleased. The Tech, Danny, was right on time and did an outstanding job. In fact We had a situation where my wife became ill and needed to see a doctor. She could get in at 9:40a and the tech was to arrive between 8:30 and 9:30. I called Kim in the office let her know the situation. She said he was probably going to arrive about 9:30. But she said she would call him at let him know that I might not be at home just then and it would be no problem on their part. I really appreciated their flexibility and understanding.
And again Danny did an excellent job. He was friendly, neat and efficient

Super, absolutely super! FIVE STARS!
Our carpet was rippled and dirty, Russ made it look new! I love my carpet again. I watched him stretch and rest the carpet, like watching an artist, I would never imagined this could be done.
Now, I want my tile/grout done.
