Tell us why here...To whom it may concern:TicketForce is the ticketing software provider for the City of PhoenixWhen tickets are purchased from The Phoenix Convention Center, Orpheum Theatre, or Symphony Hall, you are purchasing tickets directly from themWe support their software, however do not have access to any funds or financial informationTherefore, we do not have permission to refund any ticket purchasesWe provide Call Center Services as a courtesy to City of Phoenix patrons for ticket sales, however, customer service requests, other than the sale of tickets, are forwarded to the City of Phoenix staffDue to them processing their own funds, if a chargeback was filed, it would have gone to the City of Phoenix, as they are the Ticket Agent who controls the funds after a purchase is madeTicketForce has no knowledge of a chargeback being filedAdditionally, we have two phone numbers in our office, both which are attended to regularly Monday through FridayPerhaps the patron was trying to get in contact with the City of Phoenix with no luckI believe this complaint was wrongly filed against TicketForce, as we have zero control over the stated issuesThese are issues with a refund that the City of Phoenix must handleI do have an email record that Ms [redacted] sent to TicketForce's customer serviceIn the event we receive these, we forward them to the City of Phoenix, AS A COURTESY, for handlingThe customer service representative that received this request did send this to City of Phoenix on 12/05/2016, and followed up with a reminder of the request on 12/08/Our response is that this is an issue with the City of Phoenix, and not an issue with TicketForcePlease feel free to contact us directly @ [redacted] with any further questions or concerns

it wasn't not the city that my bank and I attempted to contact, it was ticketforce directly. However, I did just try to call the city and was transferred to 3 different departments who all told me there was no validity to the statement made in the response letter. Also, if refunds were not handled by you why was a I told that more information was needed? I would like the exact number to a department at the City of Phoenix who would be able to handle this issue if this s the case, because so far no one I have spoken to knows what ticketforce is or what I am talking about.

The customer was been refunded in full ($181.92) on Friday, 3/9, as requested. I confirmed the refund with Ms. [redacted] by email on 3/9. To date, I have not heard from Ms. [redacted]. I am considering this complaint closed. Geoff R[redacted]
