This is [redacted] I am the Owner and one of the guys out to clean your air ducts in your house on June 16th We do guarantee all services we provide and with the air duct cleaning we will guarantee our work for days after the cleaningI have pulled up the invoice from that cleaning and I remember that very well since the total was never fully paidAfter months of calling and trying to collect the remaining balance we stopped calling and assumed we were going to have to take a loss on this job This was an interesting job from the beginning as they came up to our booth at a home show and scheduled for an air duct cleaningUpon my arrival we looked at the entire system and located HEAVY mold in the furnace We provided a detail explanation of the work and cost that would be needed to remove and treat all the mold including removal of humidifier, removal cleaning and installation of blower, cleaning of A/C coil, cleaning all duct work, cutting and installing access panels since these ducts were never cleaned before, and treating the entire ductwork and furnace with a HVAC certified sanitizer to kill mold, mildew, and fungus This is the same product we use every time we need to sanitize a system including during mold remediation projects, and we have never had an issue with there being a “sticky” substance I cannot explain about a deflector as this ductwork had no dampers inside the ducts to reduce airflow to any portion of the home, so I don’t know what deflector could have been left on When we reinstalled the blower a previously burnt wire inside the furnace control section had touched a wire leading to the blower and as soon as the breakers were turned on to the electric furnace it caused the blower to short out and burn up So we took the liability of this burnt motor and drove towns away to pick up a new blower motor that evening and installed itIsolated the broken unknown wire and tested the system to insure it was cooling properly before leaving at 8:30PM that night I try to take extreme care to insure to not break anything although I will admit I have broken items in customer’s homes over year of service and I know not a single item was broken that day As far as the invoice goes this was the most interesting part because she informed us at the end of the service that she didn’t have all the money that she agreed on for all the work we provided she said she only had $that she could pay us for that night The cleaning and treating of the entire system came to $She did request that we add the largest charge we could add for replacing the blower motor so I add $then also note on the invoice that a pipe was leaking above the furnace that was located in the crawlspace and state that the water from the leaking pipe caused the motor to fail, and caused all the mold growth inside the furnace along with around the crawlspace because she wanted to have her insurance adjuster to approve the cleaning of the mold in the crawlspace Emailed that over then discounted that charge back off for the actual invoice At this point I figured I would note that on the invoice if it allowed me to be fully paid but after no responses to my calls for the next months I knew I was not getting paidMy apologies on the delayed response, I responded to this message weeks after receiving the first email about the complaint But something went wrong after it was submitted and it wasn’t until the Revdex.com called asking if I was going to respond to the message that I was aware that the Revdex.com system had an ops10/11/ [redacted] , owner of Phoenix Cleaning De Soto, Mo

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: as far as the company goes, no I do not agree with themHe never mentioned anything about ventilationever, and never mentioned anything about the spots not being able to be removedI have vents in my basement as well as two windows that open and a back door, a dehumidifer and a fan that is continually onI can send pictures if you likeI hung up on [redacted] because he was arguing with me over the phone about removing the business complaint He also try to tell me that the second company that I had come out had been out of businessWhen I told him it was not out of business , that they were recently at my house he continued to argue with me on there reputation because he said one of their workers was trying to work for [redacted] and he refused to hire himHe said that he would say that I was also falsifying records because there's no receipt proving that I got the deep cleaning treatmentI can send those text messages eith proof of the trade for the derp cleaning as well as pictures of the vents the windows and the back door in my basement I do not trust [redacted] to send out a different company to check or re clean my carpetsI wouldn't mind if I pick someone out and he paid for them I do not want him back at my house or anybody did he refers me, I had to call block him already as it is Sincerely, [redacted]

I attached a copy of the [redacted] deal on here for you to see. Unfortunately after I arrived at her apartment at the beginning of the appointment window, after calling 30 minutes ahead to let her know I was on my way.  Neither at that time nor when she called in to tell us what she needed to...

have cleaned, when she scheduled, did she mention anything about needing to have steps cleaned.  That was her issue once I arrived and took a look around and asked her if she would like me to clean her steps as well, that's when she replied "yes" I informed her that just as it states on the deal they would be $3ea and she has 12 steps.  So she pulled up the [redacted] deal on her phone and read it word for word. Then after that she continued to ignore the facts that it says  "Valid for up to 3 rooms (700 sq feet). Steps are an additional $3 fee per step." So her and the other lady that was there was only focusing on the part about the 700sf, and saying the apartment is less than 700sf and that I should clean the steps for free.  When a flight of steps will take me as long to clean as 2 rooms of carpeting and it states that steps are $3ea.  When I told her that I can not clean the steps for free, but I will defiantly get the equipment and clean the carpet for her, she told me "not if I am not going to clean the steps as well."  So I mentioned that they would be $3ea she continued to talk over me and say, "I must clean them for free or not clean anything at all".  I told her the best I can do is to discount down to $1 per step and she still said that she is not paying anything more than what she has already paid for the deal. Then she asked me to leave, as I did.  Once I stepped outside I called a good friend for advice and then walked to my van. At that point I then looked up the number and called [redacted] to have them issue her the refund for the voucher.  [redacted] then informed me they were unable to find any vouchers purchased using the customers email address, name, or Phone number.  So he also looked to see if anyone had called [redacted] to request a refund for any deals purchased for Phoenix Cleaning and they were also unable to find any calls that were made under any names, thus proving that she never even purchased a voucher in the first place and there for was trying to scam us for a completely free carpet cleaning.  But she is not the first one to try that and will not be the last.  So at that point I made a few other calls before driving on the road since I was sitting in an apartment complex parking lot not a houses driveway.  During that time she must have decide to drive behind my van and take a picture. Then a few hours latter I see a review that she had just posted on Facebook stating that I poured oil in front of her apartment and tried up charging $50.  Then during the disputing on Facebook she decided to post the picture of my van in the comments of a review. We are also providing a couple of links to some of the other reviews that she left online because this review does not match up with others that she posted. https://[redacted] https://[redacted] Please take a look at these reviews and read the different things she kept claiming.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
as far as the company goes, no I do not agree with them. He never mentioned anything about ventilation... ever, and never mentioned anything about the spots not being able to be removed. I have 5 vents in my basement as well as two windows that open and a back door, a dehumidifer and a fan that is continually on. I can send pictures if you like. I hung up on [redacted] because he was arguing with me over the phone about removing the business complaint.  He also try to tell me that the second company that I  had come out had been out of business. When I told him it was not out of business , that they were recently at my house he continued to argue with me on there reputation because he said one of their workers was trying to work for [redacted] and he refused to hire him. He said that he would say that I was also falsifying  records because there's no receipt proving that I got the deep cleaning treatment. I can send those text messages eith proof of the trade for the derp cleaning as well as pictures of the vents the windows and the back door in my basement.    I do not trust [redacted] to send out a different company to check or re clean my carpets. I wouldn't mind if I pick someone out and he paid for them.  I do not want him back at my house or anybody did he refers me, I had to call block him already as it is
Sincerely,

This is [redacted] I am the Owner and one of the guys out to clean your air ducts in your house on June 16th 2016.  We do guarantee all services we provide and with the air duct cleaning we will guarantee our work for 90 days after the cleaning. I have pulled up the invoice from that cleaning...

and I remember that very well since the total was never fully paid. After 6 months of calling and trying to collect the remaining balance we stopped calling and assumed we were going to have to take a loss on this job.  This was an interesting job from the beginning as they came up to our booth at a home show and scheduled for an air duct cleaning. Upon my arrival we looked at the entire system and located HEAVY mold in the furnace.  We provided a detail explanation of the work and cost that would be needed to remove and treat all the mold including removal of humidifier, removal cleaning and installation of blower, cleaning of A/C coil, cleaning all duct work, cutting and installing access panels since these ducts were never cleaned before, and treating the entire ductwork and furnace with a HVAC certified sanitizer to kill mold, mildew, and fungus.  This is the same product we use every time we need to sanitize a system including during mold remediation projects, and we have never had an issue with there being a “sticky” substance.  I cannot explain about a deflector as this ductwork had no dampers inside the ducts to reduce airflow to any portion of the home, so I don’t know what deflector could have been left on.  When we reinstalled the blower a previously burnt wire inside the furnace control section had touched a wire leading to the blower and as soon as the breakers were turned on to the electric furnace it caused the blower to short out and burn up.   So we took the liability of this burnt motor and drove 2 towns away to pick up a new blower motor that evening and installed it. Isolated the broken unknown wire and tested the system to insure it was cooling properly before leaving at 8:30PM that night.  I try to take extreme care to insure to not break anything although I will admit I have broken 3 items in customer’s homes over 10 year of service and I know not a single item was broken that day.  As far as the invoice goes this was the most interesting part because she informed us at the end of the service that she didn’t have all the money that she agreed on for all the work we provided she said she only had $400 that she could pay us for that night.  The cleaning and treating of the entire system came to $607. She did request that we add the largest charge we could add for replacing the blower motor so I add $298 then also note on the invoice that a pipe was leaking above the furnace that was located in the crawlspace and state that the water from the leaking pipe caused the motor to fail, and caused all the mold growth inside the furnace along with around the crawlspace because she wanted to have her insurance adjuster to approve the cleaning of the mold in the crawlspace.  Emailed that over then discounted that charge back off for the actual invoice.  At this point I figured I would note that on the invoice if it allowed me to be fully paid.  but after no responses to my calls for the next 6 months I knew I was not getting paid. My apologies on the delayed response, I responded to this message 2 weeks after receiving the first email about the complaint.  But something went wrong after it was submitted and it wasn’t until the Revdex.com called asking if I was going to respond to the message that I was aware that the Revdex.com system had an ops. 10/11/2017 [redacted], owner of Phoenix Cleaning.  De Soto, Mo 63020

upon walking into the closed up basement for the original service there was a very strong urine odor coming from the carpet as you walk down stairs. Along with lots of stains on carpet from beer, mixed drinks, dog urine from the great dane, and various other unknown sources. (spills were admitted by...

[redacted] the customer when I asked what the other spots were.) At first [redacted] thought the Great Dane had only peed on the back side of the pool table. Exept as I was further inspecting of the carpet to determine where all the urine was and the severity of the urine I found out that the dog was peeing in multiple spots around the basement. Upon making my recommendations to the customer on what it would take to eliminate the odor and stains she decided it would be best to knock off some of the recommendations and decided to trade an American honey chiller for the deep cleaning and the enzyme deodorizer, knowing that only this would not guarantee the removal of all the odor because when a large breed dog pees on the carpet it releases allot of urine that will soak down to the padding and the padding can not be treated with out pulling up the carpet. She also understood that I could not guarantee the removal of the stains on the carpet  without preforming the recommended stain removal. When everything was finished the carpet looked good but the stains were still slightly visible and the next day she called and said the came back more. Except when I came out there that day the carpet was still damp, since this was a "closed" basement with no vents to provide fresh air and allow the humidity out. So as I returned the fallowing day, midday and the carpet was dry. So I performed a mild stain removing on the stains in the basement, and cleaned the urine areas with only the enzyme deodorizer in the carpet equipment and dried the carpet as much as possible. (until there was no more water was pulling back out of carpet) and the carpet felt "damp" to the touch.  2 days latter when I called [redacted], she explained to me that the smell was much better and the stains were still there a little.  She never mentioned or called me back about any stronger odors and in her review she says a different company was there cleaning. As I look up that company to call them and ask what there opinion is since they were there, their business is listed as permanently closed. I just called [redacted] the other day after reading this review to talk to her in person and try to work this out and she would not allow me to come take a look and then hung up the phone and would not answer back via call or text. I would like to work this matter out but we need to be able to look at the carpet or send an independent company out to look.thank you, [redacted]
