We checked in three days ago and our asking for a refund for the inconvenience of not having a shower to bath or a tvI have saved a screenshot of the *** ad and in it mentions nothing about a hot water issueIt appears the staff is lying about the issue because when I checked in they told me it would be within 24hrs but now after being here for three days and talking to some of the other residents the water hasnt been hot for a few weeks and they seem to be doing nothing about itI have asked for a refund to take my business elsewhere more suitable but they will notI have complained and they have called they cops asking me to be removed without a refund or depositThat is thieveryThe policeman were ok with me and asked the office to give us a copy of the contract but the refuse to do soThe manager said I was verbally abusive and making threats which is a statement they moved us to another room still no water or working tv and no there is a water leak in the room flooding the carpetWe would like to be reimbursed for this huge inconvenienceNo one should have to go through this

I have spoke to guest on this matter. Guest was fully aware that we are having hot water issues before checking guest agreed to look at room before checking and making payment. every right to have guest check out. Guest was very apologetic and agree to stay as long as he behaved and did not threat staff anymore . Guest will not be getting a refund guest is still staying here on property.Mariah General Manager

There will be no refund guest has been checked out. At check in guest was fully aware of the issues we are having and looked at room before check in and making payment and decided to stay.  Guest was verbally abusive to front desk and management had to Police to have guest removed from property. [redacted] call us to make reservations I quoted him a rate 34.99 per night for each room and comp’d his room for the 10 nights. He was quite happy with that price because surrounding hotels were double that price during that time of the year. I explained to him that we recently took over this hotel and have not went through renovations that our rooms were a bit out dated. [redacted] did not mind because he had stayed at this property the year before. During their stay, there were no complaints with exception of the WiFi not working that well.
