Horrible experience! Spend a lot of money for my AC to get repear and it broke in monthI call the company and my warranty was expired! Try to contact management, waist of time and money! I do not recommend this company to anyone!!

We contracted this company to replace our airconditioning unit a few years back and the system kept on losing freon. Once a year we have to call them and they charged us for freon.

We contacted another company ([redacted] and we were informed that there was a leak in the line, and it was still under warranty, fixed it, and never have another problem since then.

It is our long standard protocol for all installers to contact customers prior to site arrival. We have taken corrective action with this specific installer and do apologize for the lack of forewarning.
In regards to the identified deficiencies, we were not aware of them until we contacted the customer in July. The project sales representative, department manager and fence installer have all been on site several times since July with the best of intentions to evaluate concerns and resolve project concerns.
We have rectified the agreed upon deficiencies with the exception of the gate adjustment which will be complete by mid-November.

With the response of an apologie, Im happy to hear that there is some accountability.
However, identifying the deficiencies, should not be left up to the costumer. The lack of follow up was and is the main concern. Even after follow up, replacement parts/panels were negligently installed.

Owner Dale Z[redacted], advised that there would be follow up via postal mail. Im yet to receive such mail.
The project is yet to be completed.

I was having many problems with my 2 year old AC, outside coil leak, evaporator coil leak, needed a new expansion valve, needed a new heat sensor. The list seemed to go on an on. I think the companies I was working with were causing more problems then they were solving. I finally called Bob Heinmiller. His technicians were experienced and professional. They took care of my AC problems and I am grateful to have cool conditioned air in my house again. Thank you Bob Heinmiller.

I have followed up with [redacted] by phoning his residence in Edmonton, an out of country phone number on file as well as the number on the complaint report. I left messages at his residence and the out of country number. I could not get...

through to the number detailed on the complaint report.

Ultimately, we don't "actively" promote residential fence removals because we are not set up to do them as a regular day to day service. We will do them on a case by case basis to accommodate situations where homeowners have no alternate means to remove the fence. Due to the nature of this not being a regular service of ours, there can be a delay between tear down of the fence and removal of material from site unless the project is large enough to warrant the use of a rental dumpster. This particular removal was relatively small at approximately 44' of fence which would have been uneconomical for renting a dumpster. The incremental cost to the customer for a dumpster would have been significant as opposed to the materials being picked up at a later date with an empty deck / trailer.

The delay for pickup of removed materials was approximately 1-1/2 weeks. If this time delay inconvenienced the customer and the family, I do sincerely apologize but we are not in a position to credit the removal cost.

We provided the full service that was quoted and agreed upon. The fact that there was a delay between tear down and removal does not warrant withholding payment.

The new fence is now installed and the project is complete.
