Please note the deletions have been sent, but it will take time for the credit bureaus to process.  They advise up to thirty days for them to adjust their records.
Also, while our policy does not allow representatives to call on complaint accounts, the COO advised he personally left a message to discuss today.

We at Phoenix Financial Services LLC strive to deliver professional and friendly service to all consumers. Furthermore, we respect the laws and the state and federal agencies that...

oversee compliance. I appreciate this issue being brought to my attention.
Phoenix Financial Services LLC is a third party collection agency.
Upon review of your inquiry, I determined that the following concern was raised:
·         Mr. [redacted] would like additional information regarding the account.
·         Mr. [redacted] requests credit reporting be deleted.
·         Mr. [redacted] states the representatives were rude on the telephone conversations.
I personally conducted an internal investigation, which consisted of the following:
·         I reviewed this file as well as all notes that are associated with the file.
·         I also spoke with the Client regarding information in their internal files.
Upon conclusion of my internal investigation, I determined the following:
·         I have requested verification of the debt be sent from the Client; the account will remain in a hold and will receive no further communications.
·         I have sent a deletion request for any credit reporting AUD#[redacted]
·         I have placed a request for account review, including calls, with the managing director.
I hope that this sufficiently addresses your concerns; however, I encourage you to contact me at 855-342-6567 if I can be of further assistance. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and compliance purposes.

Thank you for your response.  On the original complaint date, I requested a credit reporting deletion, so it will not be remaining on the credit report and should no longer affect the score once removed.  This may take up to 30 days for the credit bureaus to process.We do not have "receipts" as such outside of the credit card statement, but I can send out a paid letter stating the account has been paid in full.  I have requested this letter be sent to the consumer today.Thank you,[redacted]Phoenix Financial Services LLC

I have checked through all of my paper work and I do not show that I ever received anything from Phoenix regarding this bill. I would like them to send me original copies of the notices they claim to have sent showing the dates they were sent. They were also supposed to be mailing me payment confirmation of the payment I made to them on 12/19 in which I still have not received.Regards,[redacted]
