Review: On February 13, 2015 I made a purchase as a guest online which allows you to make a purchase without having to create an account and log in). After I made my selection and chose the delivery date I proceeded to checkout and submitted the order. After a minute or so after submitting the order, I was returned me to a screen which did not contain any type of order confirmation or acknowledgement of my order. I entered my email address before I submitted the order and still to this date I have not received a single email confirmation of my order which I find highly unprofessional as I feel I should be able to obtain a receipt of some kind for my purchase. Well after seeing no email confirmation and seeing that the charge was pending on my bank account, I decided to call the store and see if they had received my order. I spoke with a woman named [redacted] who was unable to locate my order at first but said that it ended up in "Admin" after someone else located the order for her. So after she confirmed that they had the order I asked her for my order number or some sort of confirmation of my order for future reference. [redacted] stated that because my order was in 'Admin' she was unable to get back in and give me my order number because she didn't have access to 'Admin, which didn't make much sense to me. That call ended with again no confirmation or order number for my order so I guess I was just going to have faith in them that my order would be fulfilled and delivered without any further problems. It was about a half hour later when they called me back and said they would need to get my credit card number again because it "disappeared" due to a "Glitch" in their system. I confirmed with my bank during this call that Phoenix Flower Shop still had a pending charge in the amount of $61.52. The representative that called me for my credit card number assured me that this was only needed so that they could charge the pending charge could be processed. She assured me that another charge would not pend to my account. After receiving this verbal confirmation and guarantee I gave her my credit card number. Well now I look up my account and see there are now two pending charges to my account, one for $61.52 and one for $61.51, both from Phoenix Flower Shop for my purchase. I called them back upset that I was now out an additional $61.51 due to their mistake. A supervisor advised me that I would now have to wait days for the additional pending charge to drop. I asked them what they would do to fix this and they asked me what I would like them to do. I told them that they should just comp the full order due to the mistake for the holding of unauthorized funds. They agreed that that would be acceptable under the circumstances and they have failed to fulfill that this day. My bank finally released one of the pending charges on or around 02/20/15, a whole week following the purchase. The original charge has been debited from my account and the promised refund has never come.Desired Settlement: I want the promised full refund of my order along with the email confirmation I never received for my purchase .
