window, window regulator, outside door handles, inside door handle and install the door on his vehicle would be and was quoted an additional charge of $500.00. This price is based on itemized repair computer accepted competitive pricing. He was upset and said he thought the additional work he requested would be for a total of $500.00. Estimates here are based on industry standards through computer based systems as per insurance company standards. The owner he mentions is B[redacted] and he was very understanding to Mr, S[redacted], and because the pricing was done by phone he was gracious enough to allow for a misunderstanding allowed the customer to pick up the vehicle at Mr. S[redacted]'s suggested $500.00. If Mr. S[redacted] would like to have additional work done on his vehicle, he will need to understand the pricing and we will be happy to repair anything he or his insurer will pay for.

Z[redacted] .....Despite the fact that this business, and the owner personally, tried to take advantage of me and I brought to their attention immediately. I have no issue paying for quality and professionalism, but the quality of work performed was so poor I can honestly say I could have done a better job myself with zero experience in automotive painting. I feel they intentionally rushed my order since I was paying cash and they would not have the insurance company involved in a complaint instead of just myself.
