Roger provided verbal response: I have 5 coats total on her floor now. He went back to her house. She had sticky notes all over the floor showing pimples. I sanded and re-coated. She apologized and we left on good terms. I returned again after she called a week later after she was out of town. ...

She said she has seen misses on the floor. He took a paper from the industry saying it will never be smooth like a laminate floor, as there is wood grain.  I told her I will not put a 6th layer on, as it will be cloudy. It has been buffed vacuumed and coated in between every coat, she cannot get a laminate floor finish with on site finished flooring. I will come look at it, but I will not coat it again. She said she will call an attorney if he would not put another coat on and she does not want him back there. He has not heard from her since.
