Horrible service, on hold to check prior authorization status for over an hour then got sent to voicemail, that happened 3 times in a week. I finally got through at a different number (not PA department) and the representative [redacted]) told me not to take it personal and that they were not taking complaints anymore for the prior authorization area, I asked for a Supervisor which he denied twice but finally got transferred, now we'll wait for a resolution. If, they call back.

Oh gosh, this place is a mess. I am usually on a work insurance plan but this semester I needed to go through the marketplace. I never received any notice that my plan went through or they received my first month's payment. I called on a weekday and the hold was over 30mins. They said they haven't received a payment yet so I paid for 3 months in advance. Come February 1st, I get notice that an additional payment was taken out of my card. Looks like the original first months payment just went through. Called to get it refunded (since I already paid 3 months..) and the lady said that was impossible and that she needs to "email her boss" to get my card removed from receiving automatic payments. This place is unprofessional and needs to upgrade their systems. Peace!
