One of the things they were correct about is that I wasn't personally there to hear how they treated my daughter but I believe what she told ke is trueShe had nothing to gain by lying to me she came home in tears telling me how she was treated and she couldn't understand whyAlthough they mention that Phoenix Healthcare is a contracted agency to try and place blame on [redacted] [redacted] director Carolynn said that we were right all along and Phoenix should have allowed [redacted] to testThe document she presented from the [redacted] office was not an application for a [redacted] cardIt was in fact as [redacted] explained to Phoenix Healthcare, to be used in place of her [redacted] card until the physical one arrivedMy faughter should not have had to suffer because of someone elses lack of knowledgeAlayna B [redacted] is eager to let it be known that she has letters behind her nameI think she believes that listing them will make her more credibleI have a year degree, [redacted] has a year degree as well as her brotherHer sister is a junior on college and her younger brother attends a private high school as did [redacted] Yes, did call the office without telling them my true intentions ( which was to obtain their names so that I could report them) because I didn't believe that they would be corroperative otherwiseI was right because when I called them back (after they accused my daughter of calling them) they didn't answerThere was no Barrage of callsAll I wanted from them was their namesAt that point, we had no further interest on interacting with themI don't care who they report to or contactI just want it to be known of what kind of people they are and how they operateThey were rude, unprofessional, and very nasty periodOur grievance is not with the testing companyThey were very apologetic and accommodatingOur grievance is with Alayna MB [redacted] RN, BSN and Andrew B [redacted] of Phoenix Healthcare Institute

One of the things they were correct about is that I wasn't personally there to hear how they treated my daughter but I believe what she told ke is true. She had nothing to gain by lying to me she came home in tears telling me how she was treated and she couldn't understand why. Although they mention that Phoenix Healthcare is a contracted agency to try and place blame on [redacted] director Carolynn said that we were right all along and Phoenix should have allowed [redacted] to test. The document she presented from the [redacted] office was not an application for a [redacted] card. It was in fact as [redacted] explained to Phoenix Healthcare, to be used in place of her [redacted] card until the physical one arrived. My faughter should not have had to suffer because of someone elses lack of knowledge. Alayna B[redacted] is eager to let it be known that she has letters behind her name. I think she believes that listing them will make her more credible. I have a 4 year degree, [redacted] has a 4 year degree as well as her brother. Her sister is a junior on college and her younger brother attends a private high school as did [redacted]. Yes, did call the office without telling them my true intentions  ( which was to obtain their names so that I could report them) because I didn't believe that they would be corroperative otherwise. I was right because when I called them back  (after they accused my daughter of calling them) they didn't answer. There was no Barrage of calls. All I wanted from them was their names. At that point, we had no further interest on interacting with them. I don't care who they report to or contact. I just want it to be known of what kind of people they are and how they operate. They were rude, unprofessional, and very nasty period. Our grievance is not with the testing company. They were very apologetic and accommodating. Our grievance is with Alayna M. B[redacted] RN, BSN and Andrew B[redacted] of Phoenix Healthcare Institute.

This reported complaint was made by a party who was not present to witness the events that transpired on August 20, 2016. ...

Phoenix Healthcare is a contracted agency that facilitates the nursing assistance state examination.
The testing company that sets testing policy is ** [redacted].  As per the policy established by the testing company we are instructed to document candidates without proper identification as a no show.
This candidate presented to our facility with a document from the [redacted] that she applied for a card.  She stated that she was instructed that she could use the letter, although you can read in the attached policy that only an original card is acceptable.  I am not certain how this candidate interprets rude, unprofessional behavior, but we allowed this candidate to use our phone to call the testing company and faxed her document to aide her in obtaining the opportunity to test.  The testing company made the determination that she could not test.
After leaving our office this candidate's mother called requesting information under the guise of being a prospective student.  She then called back and left a message berating our office.  After the candidate was informed that the barrage of phone calls that were being placed to our office would be reported to the testing company, NOT the state, which was alleged in the complaint, the calls stopped.
There is no apology due this candidate.  She will not be permitted to test at Phoenix Healthcare per the testing company.  She stated the testing company gave her information regarding the use of a letter from the [redacted] administration.  She stated she paid the testing fee to the testing company.  We as a subcontractor follow the policies of the testing company.  Her grievance is with the testing company.  We at Phoenix Healthcare comply with the written policy to preserve the integrity of the testing process.
Thank you,
Alayna M. B[redacted] RN, BSN

Again, I stand on the policy documentation that was previously attached.  I cannot answer to what the complaining party states that ** * said.  I am not sure why my professional signature is bothersome for the complaining party.  I also congratulate the complainingredients party and her family on their successful  educational achievements.  If [redacted] feels that this candidate should have been allowed to test,  I am sure they are offering her a free rescheduled exam.  Again there is no apology due in this case.  The statements appear to be more personal than professional.  Thank you, Alayna M B[redacted] RN BSN
