The owner Dan messed up at every step of our transaction due to his apathy and lack of organization. I was sleeping ON THE FLOOR the first week I moved into my new house 2 and a half years ago because when I bought a bed from them (Sonoma Queen Bed White leather 63 Praline) they told me would take 4-6 weeks to arrive so I bought it May 4 2015, 8 weeks in advance of my move in date (July 1 2015) "to be safe."

I STILL HAVE THE RECEIPT TO PROVE IT.

They made an excuse that a "2 week shutdown" in Montreal created a back log of orders, and after complaining they gave me their floor model to hold me over until the new one arrived (and no discount even). OVER THE SPAN OF THE NEXT YEAR I would call them sporadically to ask about my new bed and they were always "still waiting on that bed." I eventually gave up ***

It's now been 2 and a half years and I still have the floor model along with their tools they set aside in the drawer for when they take it back.

This is what happens when you are unorganized and can't keep track of anything. They seem overwhelmed because they don't delegate which only adds to the mess.
