Beware! Beware! Beware! Arranged a balloon flight and even after I requested to reschedule using the exact method they advised - I wasn't able to and lost all my money! Crooks, I wish I read these reviews before, looks like the company makes a habit of this :(

An Amazing adventure and experience of a lifetime!! Professional pilot (Shane) and staff so we always felt safe to thoroughly enjoy the experienceYou cannot top these views of the valley! Take binoculars if you have them and your camera as you'll want to take many photos! Dress for cool weather and don't forget your hat to shield your hair from the hot air! I scheduled a sunrise balloon ride with this business and received an email saying my reservation was set So I booked a room at a nearby hotel (as I live out of town) This was all set up for the day of my Anniversary The day before, just hours before I was planning to check into my hotel Aerogelic Ballooning calls me to cancel because they didn't have people scheduled for the basket and its not worth it for them to only take So why did they send me a comfirmation for that date and time?!? When I told them of all the trouble I had gone through (hotel room for $and taking a day off work) they didn't care and didn't even seem apologetic The only thing they offered to do was to charge me more for a private flight for at a cost of more than double what I had already paid

This has so been on my bucket list I HIGHLY recommend Aerogelic BallooningThe crew we had made us feel comfortable and welcome If we wanted to participate in the balloon set up we were allowed to helpThe balloon ride was and will be unforgettableOur pilot took us up into the skies, brought us down close to a mountain to describe the cactus and then back upThe ride lasted more than an hour and was affordable I'll be going again !! What a great experience

we have been on balloon rides with Shane and we LOVED itHe was so informative of the area, answered our many questions and also laughed along with us and enjoyed our company I would definitely recommend this ride to everyone interested in hot air ballooning and we are looking forward to a "next time"

If you are able to provide proof of an extended certificate I would be happy to consider working out an agreement.

This was my first flight, and it was spectacular. Shane and crew were just great, and it was amazing to learn how a balloon is flown. Shane and crew were very excited about the weather/wind conditions, saying this was a rare opportunity and it would be a really great flight. It was epic. Shane took us low through the hills to get to Lake Pleasant, and then dipped the basket in the water! It was so cool... The AZ skies gave us a beautiful sunset and again it was just a wonderful, wonderful flight. Thank you so much!

If you want to have a great experience hot air ballooning, you must try Aerogelic Ballooning, LLC. The pilot and his crew are experienced and we felt that we were very safe. They are willing to answer all your questions and we all enjoyed the history of hot air ballooning. The champagne toast and snacks were perfect for the ending of our journey! I would recommend Aerogelic Ballooning, LLC first and foremost.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did purchase an extension when I came back to AZ this fall. At no time was I told the extension had an expiration date or we would have used it. It is ludicrous to say I was going to tarnish the business? Don't have a clue where this came from. My husband was and is being treated for bladder cancer. I told them I could get a letter from Dr. Webster stating why we had to cancel initially last spring. Yes - I knew the initial certificate was good for 6 mos. Through the 3 or 4 phone calls to the business to schedule this flight, I'm very surprised nothing was stated to me about the expiration until 2 days prior to the flight.

None of this information provided by the customer is true. Mrs. [redacted] purchased a time limited (good to use within 6months) valid 2/22/13. She paid a discounted price of only $159 per person for a certificate of 2. This service is standard retail price of $179 per person. The limitation on the...

certificate saved her $40 during time of purchase. When she was cancelled due to bad weather one time and couldnt find another time within that 6 months to use the certificate we offered to renew this certificate for an additional 6 months for only $50 per person. She refused this service. She than wanted to schedule a flight using this certificate 4/8/14 over 7 months after the expiration date. We advised her the certificate was no longer valid and we would be happy to offer her another largely discounted flight of only $125 per person, and she threatened to tarnish the name of the company unless we gave her this flight with a certificate that was over a year old. We refuse to give in to customer blackmail, or extortion.

What a great experience! We loved it! We went up on a sunrise balloon ride in Chandler AZ and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Both Eugene and Mike were really fun guys, had lots of experience and adventurous stories about ballooning. We met some really great people and the weather was perfect. I would do it again in a heart beat with Aerogelic Ballooning.

Aerogelic Ballooning did not fulfill their obligations, which primarily was to communicate with pre-paid customers to let them know where to go and when. We called them more than 24 hours in advance because we had not received this critical information, but were forced to leave a message. When they finally returned the call, the next day, it was too late to make the flight. The worst part is that the phone clerk tried to blame this on us for not receiving an alleged email. Not only did they refuse to apologize or take any responsibility for their lack of communication, they also refused to reschedule the flight for us. They took the money and then refused to provide any services.
