On 8/5 we installed a new system at Ms. [redacted] home. She paid on 8/8. On 9/2 after hours she called due to a water leak. We arrived within the hour. The technician found that the condensing line that is original to the home was clogged. This was not due to the install as the quote did not include...

repiping the home. The technician cleared the original line and took pictures of the damage. On 9/6 at 8am we called her to go out there to replace a pan and to get a drywall company out there. She let us know she had paid someone to come out late Friday night to remove drywall. Upon arrival we saw that the closet was completely gutted and they had removed part of the drywall for the laundry room. The tech took pictures of this to compare to the pictures of the actual damage. Customer declined replacing the pan. On 9/7 we called the customer and she informed us she didn’t pay someone to remove the drywall her boyfriend removed it and he is a licensed contractor. We informed her that the original damage did not constitute gutting the closet & part of the laundry room that they did not give us an opportunity to correct the problem or to get a drywall company out there but that we are willing to cover the actual damage and are waiting to hear back from a drywall company for a quote. On 9/16 we received a quote for $550. We called the customer and asked her if we could give her number to our drywall company to schedule the repair. She said no & asked us to cut her a check for the $550 as payment in full & to email her boyfriend a copy of the quote. We let her know that we cut checks on Thurs. On 9/22 chk# 6161 was mailed. We do not understand why she is stating that she has been trying to reach us and that we have been uncooperative as she has not contacted us. The damage that her boyfriend caused to her home was not necessary to fix the original damage. Water did not come through the drywall, the drywall just got wet. There was not any water on any tile floor or shelving.

In April I had John out to my home. The quote I received was with in my budget. John is very professional and Very knowledgeable. The technicians did a great job and the unit on my roof was replaced in a very timely manner. I have always had issues with my master bedroom, bath and kitchen not getting enough air flow and always warmer than the rest of the house. I had been told by another company that they needed to replace all of my duct work (at a very hefty price tag). John looked at the duct work and said, all you need is an air balance. He completed a whole house air balance at No extra charge. I can now sleep comfortably in the summer with out making the rest of the house too cold. Bravo for the team of Phoenix HVAC Experts
