Did not have a contract with our neighbor, while trimming another neighbors yard came over to my tree and began cutting branches without getting our approval. When my husband told them to stop they told him to go in the house and mind his own business, as well as there was a group of guys cheering on the guy cutting the branches to upset my husband. When I called and talked to the owner he did nothing, but said they could cut them, and tried to tell me what was what. Proper business would be to have a contract with the person, make sure that the person who's tree is being cut is aware, and also do a good job. The tree has a gaping whole in the middle, a beautiful 50+ year old silver maple now will probably die due to the poor skills of this company. They can guarantee if the tree dies they will be be compensating use for that tree
