Part of the written contract was that this company would fix certain details on my truckThey said they would contact me to take my truck in for these repairsI got the truck Friday afternoon, and took it back in on Monday morningI was told I would be notified when it was ready and it would be maybe daysI did not get a call, I called in Friday and was told there was another problem and they needed another part in order to fix itI told them I needed it that weekend for a job prior to all thisThey gave the truck back without fixing one of the issues (oil leak underneath), and told me they would contact me again to get it fixedThey never did so I called againThey then told me to take it in but they would need it for a longer timeI said fine as long as they actually get it fixed this timeThey took it for almost weeksWhen I went to pick it up, it all seemed fineminutes later on my way home the check engine light went onI sent them a picture immediately and the

On Saturday, July 7, 2018, my wife and I were interested in buying a used vehicleWe went to PDX Auto Mart, located in Portland, OregonWe said that we wanted to purchase a Honda Civic LXI showed the sales representative a copy of my credit score from LifelockMy wife and I made an offer on the vehicle for $7,with $1,down payment and a loan for monthsWe specifically requested from the sales representative that PDX Auto Mart not conduct a credit check unless they agreed to our offer and terms for the vehicleThe representative nodded his head and said okay acknowledging he heard, understood, and agreed with our requestHe went into the back room, and PDX Auto Mart conducted a credit check report on my wife and IMy wife and I knew they conducted a credit check because we received immediate notification from LifelockWe both thought this meant that PDX Auto Mart agreed to our earlier offer for the purchase price and terms on the vehicle for $7,with

I viewed an ad online for a GMC Duramax pickup at PDX Auto MartI contacted the dealership and spoke with Gary R*** (salesman)Because I live in CO and they are in OR, I was skepticalI asked for additional updated photos and a third party inspectionGary assured me he would do thisOver the course of a week or so, I received photos from Gary and another number I didn't recognizeGary advised me that if I want to purchase the truck that I should provide a deposit to hold the vehicle (refundable)I provided my *** credit card number and they drew $from my credit cardI never received the inspection reportHe assured me the truck was pristine and free of rust, dings, mechanical issues, etcAfter several days of him assuring me that the inspection was forthcoming, I became skeptical because 1) They never produced an inspection report, and 2) The pictures Gary sent me were not of the truck in the adBecause I was skeptical, I asked a friend who lives in the local

I would like everyone to know that this is the worst car buying experience I have ever hadI purchased a GMC Sierra with miles at this dealership on July 20,My negative experiences include the following: Mechanical issues with the truck costin nearly $to repairFinancing issues The deal I was offered was contrived to convince me to make a down paymentI was to be granted months before a payment was dueThe first bank rejected this and I was given financing from a different bank without this condition and I was not told about the change by the dealershipI was issued a day sticker for the truckThe dealership delayed getting paperwork for the licensing of the vehicle until well beyond the days and offered no assistance in updating the stickerThe final straw was that I received notification from the bank I had financed the truck I traded in for the GMC that never received the payoff for the tradeIt took a full week for the dealership to acknowledge that they had not made the payoff and in the end it was well over days before my loan was paid off as agreed onThis is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with and the very reason that consumers should be wary of used car dealersI will certainly NEVER do business with them again and would tell anybody that they should not consider this dealership for any reason!!

I had a great experience here, very different than most dealerships Clint and Bob were an amazing team for me, put all the info together for me and clearly laid out numbers and options w/out ever making me feel pressured Plus they were both just really friendly and worked so hard to make the deal work for me They happily made some touch-ups to my new car and gave me a fair trade-in It was a pleasure buying from them and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

I have bought two vehicles from them here and each experience was great I'm happy that I have made the choice to come to see them each time

It is multi-pronged:
1) sold me a truck that they cleared an error code warning light by disconnecting the battery AND with a non functioning emergency brake
2) Salesman told me that document fees and charges for an Etch "security system" were included in the negotiated price when they were added on to the vehicle cost
3) Will not return my $down payment they took from my bank account via debit card
When our exchanges over #& became heated, I contacted my bank and asked them to stop the debit card transactionWhen I relayed that to the owner, he became very angry and told me to return his truckI did so, before his stated deadline, the following dayHis sales people refused to sign a receipt for the vehicle cancelling the contractI took a picture of the vehicle in the lot and leftWhen I found out the debit transaction had gone through in spite of my phone call to the bank, I asked the owner to return the $He said he would do it the next dayI waited da

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on Friday July 22ndThe following Tuesday, I tried to take it through DEQWhile I waited in line in my car, the check engine light came onThe car failed DEQ with a code, "cylinder misfire." That same evening I delivered a cashier's check to the dealer to complete the saleI alerted them to the problemThey said that they had already had the problem fixed once at their mechanic, that they would like to take it back there to have it resolved, and gave me a loaner car to driveThey indicated that the repair should be complete by that Friday or at the latest the next MondayWhen I had heard nothing by Sunday afternoon I called to inquireI was told that the car had been returned to the dealership "late" Saturday nightWhen I arrived at the dealership Sunday afternoon to pick up my car, I was told that I needed to take it back to DEQ Tuesday when it was openThough my trip permit expired the next day, they refused to give me another on

"The jacket that was ordered

came in 4 weeks earlier

than the customer expected and at that time our company

realized the wrong size was ordered. We acknowledged the mistake and already had placed on order the correct size that will be shipped

from the Iowa factory Dec. 26th. In the meantime

we have offered the option to put all of her daughter's patches on the small jacket so she could have a jacket to wear until her X-Srnall arrived. We would then transfer all of the patches to the correct jacket the day it arrives. The customer is satisfied with this option

and has already picked up the temporary

jacket.

We feel confident

that this dispute

was handled in a professional and timely manner, and

are proud to continue to offer the high quality customer service

we have been known for since 1957."
